Abstract: A method and apparatus for cleaning a workpiece are disclosed. A gas and cleaning solution are supplied to an atomizing nozzle which atomizes the cleaning solution and sprays the top surface of a workpiece with an atomized spray. A liquid having a controlled gas content is flowed to the top surface of the workpiece from a rinse nozzle. Megasonic energy is applied from the backside of the workpiece.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for ranking results from a search engine query is described. In one embodiment, a search engine generates a list of search results in response to a query for a search term to the search engine. A statistical computation engine determines an average frequency of first selection of each hyperlink with respect to its position in a list of hyperlinks, and determines an average frequency of first selection of each search result from the list of search results. A relevance engine compares the average frequency of first selection of a search result from the list of search results with the average frequency of first selection of a corresponding hyperlink in the respective position in the list of hyperlinks, and adjusts the position of the search result in the list of search results based on the comparison.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes a rotor having rotor holes disposed about an axis. Bushings are disposed within the rotor holes in order to protect the rotor holes from compression impact deformation. Each bushing includes an internal slot that permits the rotor to radially expand and contract due to changes in the temperature of the rotor. A hub having pin holes that align with the rotor holes is held to the rotor by drive pins disposed within the pin holes and the bushings. A bolt is placed into the drive pin and tightened to fix the hub to the rotor in the axial and circumferential directions. Other features are disclosed.
Abstract: A ventilated brake rotor having vents disposed between two discs. The vents are defined by an adjacent pair of vanes distributed around the first disc and disposed below the second disc. Each vane is defined by a camber. The camber, in turn, is parallel to a curve that is defined by two camber lines. The curve is tangent to the leading end of a first camber line and tangent to a trailing end of the second camber line. The first and the second camber lines intersect where the first camber line is defined from a point on the interior radius of one of the two discs that intersects a datum. Moreover, the first camber line extends at a throat angle from the datum.
