Abstract: Systems and Methods are disclosed for real-time decryption of a health registry-issued certificate for signaling a user vaccination and/or test status on a user device comprising the steps of: coupling a first user mobile device to a health registry for real-time decryption of a health registry-issued health certificate over a network; outputting on the first user mobile device at least one of an audible output, visual output, vibrational output, and/or textual output based on a pre-defined signaling protocol to signal a user vaccination status based on a token derived from the real-time decrypted health certificate; and decoding a device identifier/tag or token from the first user mobile device by a second user mobile device, fixed access device, or hand-held scanner, signaling to a second user a first user vaccination status based on a pre-defined signaling protocol and the tag/token.

Abstract: A system and method for certification and distancing display on a user-worn badge device for infection prevention. In one embodiment, the system and method entails uploading a decrypted health token from the at least first user-networked device for displaying the “clean” health certification in a form of a color and/or symbol code on the at least first user-worn badge device; and uploading a pre-defined distancing rules for displaying at least one of color/symbol/audio-coded warning of registering presence at least a second user-worn badge device within a threshold distance of the first user-worn badge device based on the pre-defined distancing rule.

Abstract: Disclosed is a line-of-sight wearable device worn over a chest of a first user, the device comprising: a housing defining at least a first electronic device storage location; a wall on said housing having at least a portion to expose a display of the first electronic device; the wall on said housing configured to open to removably secure the first electronic device within the at least first electronic device storage location; and the first electronic device that is pair-able wirelessly with a second electronic device, wherein at least one of a display or audio event on the first electronic device is caused programmably based on a pre-defined line-of-sight rule and the at least one of the display or audio event is exposed in a line-of-sight to at least a second user via any one of the walls of the housing worn over the chest of the first user.

Abstract: The present invention claims and discloses a color and, or symbol coded display on a digital interactive badge for communicating a permission to approach and activate further digital content interaction. A non-verbal person to person ‘line of sight’ digital or electronic communication protocol standard (NVP) which allows one person to communicate with another using a direct line of sight signal from one interactive badge or screen to another. It allows the user to communicate and display their feelings, emotions, states of mind and consciousness, their like-mindedness with others, their social media activity, images, favorite brands, videos, purchased items and advertising all inside a new and comprehensive language NVP and in a visual way. NVP also allows the user to send invites to approach, talk, interact and to send digital information to their NVP capable interactive badge or screen or static receiver.
