Abstract: A high strength and toughness seamless steel tube for an automobile airbag, comprising the following elements, by wt %: C: 0.05-0.15%; Si: 0.1-0.45%; Mn: 1.0-1.9%; Ni: 0.1-0.6%; Cr: 0.05-1.0%; Mo: 0.05-0.2%; Cu: 0.05-0.50%; Al: 0.015-0.060%; Nb: 0.02-0.1%; V: 0.02-0.15%; and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities. A method for manufacturing the seamless steel tube comprises the steps: (1) heating a tube blank and then soaking; (2) hot piercing, reducing the diameter and the wall thickness of the tube blank with a stretch reducer and then cooling naturally; (3) annealing, pickling, phosphating and saponifying; (4) cold working to obtain a finished product size; and (5) carrying out stress relief annealing treatment.

Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with fine magnetic performance, and a calcium treatment method therefor, including an RH (Ruhrstahl-Heraeus) refinement step. The RH refinement step sequentially comprises a decarbonization step, an aluminum deoxidation step, and a step of adding calcium alloy. In the step of adding calcium alloy, time when the calcium alloy is added satisfies the following condition: time interval between Al and Ca/total time after ?Al=0.2-0.8. In this method, production cost is reduced, the production process is simple, a normal processing cycle of RH refinement is not affected, the device is convenient in operation and is controllable, and foreign substances are controllable in both shape and quantities. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet prepared according to the present invention has fine magnetic performance, and the method can be used for mass production of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet with fine magnetic performance.
Abstract: The present invention provides a steel plate having a low welding crack susceptibility and a yield strength of 800 MPa and a manufacturing method for the same. The steel plate having a low welding crack susceptibility comprises the following chemical components (wt. %: percent by weight): C: 0.03-0.08 wt. %, Si: 0.05-0.70 wt. %, Mn: 1.30-2.20 wt. %, Mo: 0.10-0.30 wt. %, Nb: 0.03-0.10 wt. %, V: 0.03-0.45 wt. %, Ti: 0.002-0.040 wt. %, Al: 0.02-0.04 wt. %, B: 0.0010-0.0020 wt. %, the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and the welding crack susceptibility index meets the following formula: Pcm?0.20%. The thermo-mechanical controlled rolling and cooling processes is used to obtain an ultrafine bainite batten matrix structure, which increases the intensity, plasticity and toughness of the steel plate. The steel plate with a low welding crack susceptibility of the present invention has a yield strength of greater than 800 MPa, a tensile strength of greater than 900 MPa, a Charpy impact energy Akv (?20° C.
