    Abstract: One embodiment of a bobblehead sign display contains a body portion (12) and a head portion made up of head substrates (10 and 11). Head substrates (10 and 11) are joined together by head spacers (14 and 15) using an adhesive or reusable fastener. An elastic cord (16) spans a distance between head spacers (15). A support rod (13) is rigidly attached to the body substrate (12). The weight of the assembled head portion is supported by the support rod (13) via a connection to the elastic cord (16). Graphics may be affixed to the outer surfaces of 10, 11 and 12, which will be viewable to spectators around the device.

The user may select the order and duration of the images to be shown on display 14, and the image display sequence is executed by 16 during the operation of the invention. Electrical energy is supplied by electrical power source 18. While the device is in operation, the user may wear this device around their neck in a manner customary for the wearing of neckties.
