    Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-part track wheel with a wheel tyre, with a wheel rim and with at least two elastic bodies arranged between the wheel tyre and the wheel rim, via which the wheel tyre is supported spring elastically on the wheel rim and which are arranged distributed in the circumferential direction around the rotary axis of the track wheel, wherein the elastic bodies are clamped between an inner circumferential surface of the wheel tyre and an outer circumferential surface of the wheel rim and in this case abut with their outer side assigned to the wheel tyre on the inner circumferential surface of the wheel tyre and with their inner side assigned to the wheel rim on the outer circumferential surface of the wheel rim and an elastic body for use in a track wheel.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-part rail wheel with a wheel tyre, a wheel body, an elastic body arranged between the wheel tyre and the wheel body and via which the wheel tyre is supported on the wheel body, and at least one clamping element attached to the wheel body from one end face, via which the elastic body is braced against the wheel body and the wheel tyre by clamping means acting on the wheel body, the wheel body consisting of a light metal material in the region where the clamping means act. The rail wheel guarantees secure bracing of the components with simple assembly and disassembly. This is achieved by at least one counter-bearing element being provided on the end face of the wheel body opposite the clamping element. The counter-bearing element consists of a material which has a higher strength than the wheel body material.

    Abstract: A rubber-sprung wheel for rail vehicles includes a wheel tire which is connected to a wheel rim by a rubber insert that is formed by two flat rings that are arranged so as to be essentially vertical in relation to a wheel axle. The two flat rings are held, under considerable axial prestress, between an inner circumferential middle web of the wheel tire and two outer flanges of the wheel rim. At least one of the flanges is seated on the wheel rim with an interference fit that is designed as a conical press fit, such that a cone of the flange in a stress-free state has a lesser conicity than does a cone of the wheel rim, and in a pressed-on state rests on an entire surface against the cone of the wheel rim, at an even surface pressure across an entire width of the interference fit.
