Abstract: A ring element on the driving side and a ring element on the rotor side and a gimbal arrangement with two gimbals are formed by two coaxial, cylindrical rings, wherein peripheral cuts, having deflected ends are provided in the rings. The peripheral cuts separate the portions of the ring elements from the gimbals. The ends form leaf springs which form flexural pivots. One leaf spring is connected to the ring element on the driving side and the other leaf spring is connected to the ring element on the driven side. The cuts are produced by electroerosion. Each of the cuts is symmetrical with respect one of two planes extending at right angles to each other.
Abstract: A high resolution electro-optical detector system having a mosaic detector as charge-coupled component is to be provided. The image of the field of can may be periodically displaced along a closed trajectory to cover the interstices between the detector elements of the mosaic detector. The image informations thus obtained consecutively are stored, and an electronic image of high resolution is obtained therefrom for the digital image processing. Different constructions of the image offset means are described.

Abstract: The device operates after the principle of an intensity interferometer. It contains a plurality of detectors arranged two-dimensionally in fixed relative positions. The signals from the detectors are correlated in pairs. A pattern formed from the correlation values is compared with patterns of the same kind from known objects.
Abstract: In a seeker head for a target seeking missile, which comprises a seeker 28 adapted to be directed to a target, two distance sensors 32 and 34 in the form of laser transceiver units are adapted to be directed to the target together with the seeker 28. The arrangement of the distance sensors 32 and 34 on opposite sides of the pitch axis 26 ensures that, with large squint angles, at most one of the distance sensors 32 and 34 is covered.
