Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving apparatus for driving a light-emitting element. By dividing a light emission phase of the light-emitting element into at least two sub-phases, i.e., adding a dual-level level control signal, wherein one level causes the light-emitting element to emit light normally and the other level causes the light-emitting element to be turned off or operate under an extremely small current. By adjusting a duty ratio of the dual-level level control signal, a driving current of the light-emitting element during light emission can be adjusted to realize accurate control of the driving current of the light-emitting element. The present disclosure further provides a driving method for the driving apparatus and a display apparatus including the driving apparatus.
Abstract: The embodiments of the present application provide a shift register and a method for driving the same. The shift register comprises: an input unit, a pull-up unit, a reset unit, a pull-down control unit, a pull-down unit and a pull-up holding unit. The input unit is configured to couple a first voltage terminal to a pull-up point. The pull-up unit is configured to couple a clock signal terminal to an output signal terminal. The reset unit is configured to couple a second voltage terminal to the pull-up point. The pull-down control unit is configured to selectively couple one of the second voltage terminal and a third voltage terminal to a pull-down point. The pull-down unit is configured to couple the second voltage terminal to the pull-up point and the output signal terminal. The pull-up holding unit is configured to couple a fourth voltage terminal to the pull-up point.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a gate driving circuit, an array substrate and a method for recovering the same. The gate driving circuit comprises: a plurality of cascaded shift registers; a recovering signal line and a first reference signal line, extending along an arrangement direction of the shift registers; and a plurality of recovering units, corresponding to the shift registers respectively. After determining a failed shift register in the gate driving circuit, the recovering unit replaces a signal outputted from the failed shift register with a first reference signal from the first reference signal line and loads the first reference signal to the corresponding gate line for recovering. Thus, compared with a structure of outputting the signal provided by the recovering signal line to the gate line, the gate driving circuit of the disclosure has a less significant attenuation on the signal outputted to the gate line.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a recording device, which comprises a recording unit, a management unit and a storage unit, wherein the management unit is arranged to generate an identification code and write the identification code into the storage unit, the storage unit is arranged to store the identification code, and the recording unit is arranged to read the identification code from the storage unit and record the identification code into TFT display module. The recording device can record the unique code for each TFT display module to uniquely distinguish different TFT display modules, thereby facilitating tracking and adjustment of parameters, such as color and the like, of an installed TFT display terminal. On the other hand, the recording device can simplify a large amount of complex marking work, and guarantee that the TFT display modules would not be identified mistakenly while saving manpower and material resources.

Abstract: An in-vehicle rear-view display system is described, comprising: a display device comprising a dimming device configured to adjust luminance of light emitted from the display device based on a color change of the dimming device; a first control unit connected with the dimming device and configured to control the color change of the dimming device in accordance with a luminance change of an irradiation light. By arranging in the display device a dimming device capable of adjusting the luminance of light emitted from the display device, the first control unit can control the color change of the dimming device in accordance with the luminance change of the ambient light, and thereby control the luminance of light emitted from the display device so as to preventing glare. Meanwhile, the poor clarity of the screen caused by an anti-glare screen film added to the screen of the display device is avoided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of thin film transistor, a thin film transistor and a display substrate. The manufacturing method comprises sequentially forming a polysilicon pattern layer and a protective pattern layer on a substrate; etching the protective pattern layer with a first etching gas, so as to obtain a protective pattern; simultaneously etching the protective pattern and the polysilicon pattern layer with a second etching gas by using the protective pattern as a mask, so as to obtain a polysilicon pattern and a residual protective pattern, the protective pattern being etched with the second etching gas at a rate no less than that for etching the polysilicon pattern layer; and forming an amorphous silicon pattern, which is in contact with etched sides of the polysilicon pattern, exposes a part of the residual protective pattern, and forms an active layer together with the polysilicon pattern.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a viewing angle switching structure, a display device and a viewing angle switching method. The viewing angle switching structure includes a plurality of viewing angle switching units corresponding to pixels on a display panel. Each viewing angle switching unit includes: an accommodation cavity; a first solution layer and a second solution layer in the accommodation cavity, a liquid interface being formed between the first and the second solution layers; and an electric field driving unit configured to generate a driving electric field to be applied to the accommodation cavity. The first solution layer has a refractive index different from the second solution layer.
