The shifting register includes: a shifting register unit circuit configured to transmit a signal of a first voltage terminal to an output terminal and an output control terminal according to a level of a pull-down node, and transmit a signal of a clock terminal to the output terminal and the output control terminal according to a level of a pull-up node; and a control unit circuit configured to transmit the signal of the first voltage terminal to the output terminal according to signals of a first control terminal and a second control terminal.
