Abstract: The present invention relates to a milling drum for a ground milling machine, wherein a material guiding device is provided, which diverts the milled material in the direction of stagger of milling devices disposed one behind the other, as regarded in the direction of rotation. For this purpose, in particular, a wear plate is provided, which can be selectively replaced on the material guiding device. A further aspect of the present invention relates to such a material guiding device and also to a wear plate for such a material guiding device.
Abstract: Described is an ejector unit for a milling drum of a mobile ground preparation machine comprising a discharge side and a reverse side that is opposite to the discharge side. It comprises a basic unit on the drum and an ejector plate, which is held on the basic unit by means of screw-threaded bolts. There is a positive fit between the basic unit and the ejector plate, which positive fit involves at least one pin, on the one hand, and at least one complementary cylindrical counterbore on the other hand, whereby the at least one pin and the at least one ejector are oriented so as to be coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the screw-threaded bolts. Preferably, a shoulder is also provided along the base of the basic unit on its side facing the ejector plate, and the ejector plate has at least one complementary shoulder, whereby the shoulder on the basic unit and the at least one shoulder on the plate have meshing regions, which in the mounted state prevent transverse displacements in three directions.
Abstract: A soil compaction machine, in particular, a vibration compactor, is provided which comprises a vibration exciter for generating different kinds of exciter vibration having a first and a second imbalance shaft, which are arranged in parallel to one another. Each imbalance shaft is driven via a separate motor, so that the rotational velocity, the rotational direction, and the phase relation of each of the imbalance shafts can be changed separately.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotor hood for a milling apparatus, with a front hood part, a rear hood part and two side hood parts, the front and the rear hood part enclosing together with the two side hood parts a working space that is open at the bottom, further comprising a stripping device which is mounted on the rotor hood and which forms the rear lower edge of the rotor hood in the working direction. The present invention further relates to a construction machine with a milling apparatus and such a rotor hood and a method for operating a milling apparatus with a rotor hood.

Abstract: The invention relates to a construction vehicle for preparation of a road surface, more particularly a road milling machine or a ground stabilizer, comprising a rotatably driven milling cutter, more particularly a milling rotor or a milling drum, and a drive unit for a milling tool, comprising a drive motor and a gear unit interposed between the drive motor and the milling cutter, wherein the gear unit is in the form of a cogwheel gearbox and comprises at least two gear pairings having different gear ratios, wherein the gear pairings can be selectively engaged to form part of the drive connection or disengaged therefrom.
Abstract: A hydraulic control arrangement for activating a double-acting actuating cylinder, which is connected on the piston side to a road finisher and on the piston-rod side to a screed of the road finisher, is provided. The hydraulic control arrangement includes a supply connection, a tank connection and two consumer connections, in which a loading pressure or a relief pressure is applied to the piston of the actuating cylinder via the consumer connections. The loading pressure or relief pressure is controlled as a function of a defined operating state, and, in a controlling-the-screed-load operating state, the relief pressure supplied to the actuating cylinder on the piston-rod side is controlled via a proportional pressure control valve.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a work train, a device and a method for distance measurement between a transport device and a milling device. During the loading of a transport device with milled material from the milling device, the operator of the milling device normally transmits control commands to the transport device driver for coordination of the loading process. Through the automated distance measuring between the transport device and the milling device and control of a display device according to the present invention, this task is taken over from the operator of the milling device, who can concentrate on the actual milling process.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a road finisher comprising a screed plate and/or a tamper bar and also to a screed plate and/or tamper bar comprising a heating layer applied by thermal spraying.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and method for ascertaining the steering angle (?3) of at least one steerable wheel of a set of steerable wheels of a machine that can be directionally controlled, which machine comprises at least said set of steerable wheels and at least one set of drivable wheels showing a specific wheelbase (a1) relative to said steerable wheels and spaced from one another by a specific track width (b1), wherein by means of an ascertained wheel velocity difference of the two driven wheels a yaw rate (?) and a real circle radius (r1) of the driven wheel on the inside of the curve are ascertained. It is then possible to ascertain the steering angle (?) from these values by way of the geometrical relationship of wheelbase (a1) and track width (b1) of the machine.
