Abstract: Coating compositions, in particular for laser-supported treatment (in particular inscription) of glass surfaces are described, wherein the coating compositions contain at least one silver compound which is soluble in an aqueous and/or organic solvent and contains at least one binder. Methods for producing such coating compositions and methods for coating and treating glass surfaces are also described.

Abstract: The invention relates to low-B layered systems containing at least one metal layer consisting of gold, silver or copper, which is embedded between layers of transparent metal oxides. According to the invention, the layered system is modified in the vicinity of the endured structures to form a material configuration, in which the gold, silver and copper are present in the form of nanoparticles embedded in a matrix, which is formed from the substances of the layered system that were originally present in layers.

Abstract: The invention relates to a storage medium for storing information/data, wherein the storage medium comprises a dielectric storage material, more particularly a disk-shaped storage material on which a metal ion donor medium is arranged or can be applied on at least one side thereof. Metal ions can be transferred from the donor medium onto the storage medium by exposing the storage medium to radiation, more particularly to laser radiation. The invention also relates to a storage medium for storing information/data, wherein the storage medium comprises a dielectric storage material, more particularly a disk-shaped storage material having at least one local metal ion doping, wherein the metal ions can be converted into metal particles and/or metal particles agglomerations by means of radiation, more particularly laser radiation.
