Abstract: The invention concerns an indicating device for the optical reproduction of graphics, with a data-processing installation for the graphic processing of the information to be represented, and an indicating unit for the visualization of the processed information, wherein[, among others,] the data-processing installation uses antialiasing procedures in the graphical processing. In generating an image, the data-processing installation uses, for the graphical processing of at least two image areas or image objects, different antialiasing procedures, or else represents one of these image areas or one of these image objects without an antialiasing procedure.

Abstract: A code locking mechanism that transmits information between a key and a locking mechanism secured against interception misuse, but flexible with respect to original equipment, replacement parts, and emergency functions, is obtained if the key code is, in each case, cryptographically encoded through a hardware encoder. When the locking mechanism is first operated, a control element, inductively coupled to a locking mechanism read-write unit with a new key once and in a non-overwritable manner, transmits an indent number to the object memory. Object-specific identity data are also stored in the control element. With the latter, a key number from a key register of the control element is combined with the key code to read the latter together with a roll-in random code into the set of first still-neutral keys and into the object memory. Thus, a key is valid only if the object-specific identity data are taken into account in its key code.

Abstract: A push-type switch 12 with the operation of a switching component 24 through a long extended push component 11 is described. The switch features, in the push direction 13, a push-type guideway and an elastic support which acts against the application of the push. An extended, torsionally and flexurally rigid transmission component 30 is arranged between switching component 24 and push component 11. The transmission component is supported like a flap in a pivotable manner around the axis of a hinge 31. The hinge runs parallel to its transmission component lengthwise direction and crosswise to the direction of the push 13.

Abstract: A device for the measurement of an event or occurrence, including a summing counter which is actuated from a divider circuit. The device includes a divider circuit constituted of a series circuit of counting steps, and wherein a transfer circuit for the counting pulses of the counting steps is arranged intermediate the summing counter and the divider circuit.

Abstract: A multi-colored liquid crystal display arrangement, especially for motor vehicle instruments, including colored foils with different colorings spatially associated with a plurality of mutually offset and differing information areas of the display, intermediate a liquid crystal cell and a large-surfaced illuminating arrangement. The multi-colored liquid display arrangement is additionally equipped with a transflector which is positioned between the color foils and the liquid crystal cell, and wherein the transflector incorporates differently colored areas which are spatially associated with predetermined color foils.
