Patent number: 7454906Abstract: What is disclosed is a hydraulic control system for controlling a hydraulic consumer actuating a working tool of a mobile equipment that is provided with oscillation damping means for attenuating oscillations during braking of the working tool. In accordance with the invention, the oscillation damping means comprise two pilot-controlled shut-off valves arranged in opposite directions, that are positioned in a connecting line between a pressure medium supply and a pressure medium drain. The shut-off valves are subjected to the pressure in the drain and in the delivery, respectively, in the opening direction, and also to this pressure and to the force of a spring in the closing direction. Following a predetermined initial stroke of a regulator of the control system, the pressure acting on the drain-side shut-off valve in the closing direction may be reduced, so that the latter is opened by the pressure in the drain, and the connecting line between delivery and return is opened.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2004Date of Patent: November 25, 2008Assignee: Bosch Rexroth AGInventors: Wolfgang Kauss, Vincent Guyard

Publication number: 20080282692Abstract: What is disclosed is a hydraulic controller arrangement for the pressure medium supply of a hydraulic consumer, e.g., of the rotating gear of a mobile work machine. At low pressure medium flow rates, the pressure medium flow rate draining from the consumer is backed up by means of a drain backup valve having the form of a pressure limiting valve and throttled accordingly, so that a back pressure is generated which is capable of preventing an advance of the mass actuated by the hydraulic consumer.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 8, 2004Publication date: November 20, 2008Applicant: Bosch Rexroth AGInventor: Armin Stellwagen

Publication number: 20080262688Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) and a method for the controlled braking of a vehicle using a hydrostatic drive (3). The hydrostatic drive (3) comprises at least 2 pivotable hydraulic engines (6) that are each connected to an axle of the drive (3) and are driven by a hydraulic pump (5). The braking torque is carried out primarily by means of the actuating element (16) of the braking system. The excessive braking or blocking of individual wheels is prevented by an antiblocking function. To this end, the actual rotational speed of each individual hydraulic engine (6) is compared with a nominal value and the resulting regulating deviation (F) is converted by means of a regulator into a regulating variable (R) which superimposes the primarily defined control variable (S). The dynamic axle load displacement is taken into account as a result of the deceleration of the vehicle.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2006Publication date: October 23, 2008Applicant: BOSCH REXROTH AGInventor: Martin Behm
