    Abstract: A protective strip assembly comprising a resilient strip having a pair of spaced apart legs assembled in a channel member with beads on the side of the channel member engaging grooves in the sides of the legs; center walls are provided in the channel in the space between the legs to prevent inward deflection of the legs upon application of a removal force to the resilient strip thereby to assist in resisting such removal force.
