Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supply apparatus for pouring the liquid raw material charged in a raw material container such as a bag-in box or the like to serve the same, preventing a supplied beverage from becoming lukewarm even if a beverage supply interval becomes long and always controlled to the optimum temperature to serve the beverage uniformly mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio and cooled to temperature suited to drink. SOLUTION: The liquid raw material pouring part 7 communicating with a liquid raw material pour tube 6 and functioning so as to discharge a predetermined amount of the liquid raw material in the BIB 5, a flowmeter 12 and a supply solenoid valve 13 turned ON/OFF to supply dilution water are housed in the bag-in box refrigerating chamber 3 housing and cooling the BIB 5.
Abstract: An automated beverage preparation apparatus includes: multiple pumps for extracting multiple fluid materials stored in multiple material containers, and pushing the extracted fluid materials to move forward; a fluid output device coupled with the multiple pumps and arranged to operably dispense fluid materials to a beverage container; a user control interface arranged to operably generate a control command; a processing circuit arranged to operably generate a corresponding control signal according to the control command; and a pump control circuit arranged to operably control the multiple pumps according to the control signal. The pump control circuit conducts a layered drink making operation under control of the processing circuit to cause the fluid output device to dispense different fluid materials to the beverage container, so as to automatically form a layered drink/gradient drink having at least two color layers within the beverage container.
Abstract: A fluid material dispensing apparatus includes: a material outlet chamber; multiple pumps arranged to respectively extract multiple fluid materials stored in multiple material containers, and to operably push corresponding fluid materials forward; a fluid output device positioned on a bottom of the material outlet chamber and comprising multiple fluid outlets, wherein the multiple fluid outlets are respectively coupled with the multiple pumps through multiple material transmission paths; a cold air tunnel coupled with the material outlet chamber and arranged to operably introduce cold air into the material outlet chamber, so as to maintain an internal temperature of the material outlet chamber to be lower than a predetermined temperature; a first air extraction device located at an air inlet of the cold air tunnel; and a second air extraction device positioned inside the cold air tunnel.
