    Abstract: Dispenser containing a freely spinning supply roll (3) of compressed air tube (28) on a spool (4) and wherein during dispensing of said tube, said supply roll spins, such that the tube can be dispensed without buckling or becoming messy, wherein means are present to allow the spool to spin tilting free and with little friction and also two or more dispensers can be easily mutually coupled, and the tube is guided through a slit (13) in a rubber body and the dispenser contains a heavy body (26).
