Abstract: A build-up cell includes a foam assembly ready table for receiving a foam layer, a surface assembly ready table for receiving a first surface panel arrangement, and an assembly bed for receiving a second surface panel arrangement from a first direction and delivering a superposed lamination assembly in a second direction parallel to the first direction. The foam assembly ready table is positioned proximate to the assembly bed on a first side thereof, and the surface assembly ready table positioned proximate to the assembly bed on a second side thereof opposite to the first side thereof. An adhesive gantry straddles the assembly bed and is moveable across the assembly bed in a third direction parallel to the first direction.

A first hinge element joins the forward foundation support panel to the box base and a second hinge element joins the rear foundation support panel to the box base. A third hinge element joins a foundation to the forward foundation support panel. A side support panel abuts the box base, the forward foundation support panel and the rear foundation support panel. A first connector assembly having a first tapered pin portion and a first tapered barrel portion joins the forward foundation support panel and the side support panel; and a second connector assembly having a second tapered pin portion and a second tapered barrel portion joins the rear foundation support panel and the side support panel.

Abstract: An enclosure component having first surface layer, a core layer and a second surface layer. The core layer has three rectangular foam panels, each with a first edge, an opposed second edge, a third edge separating the first and second edges and an opposed fourth edge separating the first and second edges. The second and third foam panels are identical, and each has an internal passage between the first and second edges that is offset from the mid-point of the panel, and an elongate recess on a surface of the panel spanning the distance between the first and second edges. The fourth edge of the first panel is arranged side-by-side with the third edge of the second panel, and the third edge of the first panel is arranged side-by-side with the third edge of the third panel. An elongate reinforcement spline is in each recess. The first surface layer is bonded to the core layer, and the second surface layer is bonded to the core layer.

Abstract: A disassembled bed package is provided. The bed package includes a first support assembly including two spaced-apart cuboid support columns joined to a planar foot panel, and a second support assembly including two spaced-apart cuboid support columns joined to a planar foot panel. The bed package includes a folded base platform including two planar portions hinged together in a folded state and superposed on each other; a planar headboard is positioned on the base platform in the folded condition; and a storage tub unit having a first storage tub containing the first support assembly and the second support assembly is positioned on the headboard.

The component includes a first foam panel arranged in a side-by-side relationship with a first edge of a foam spline, and with a second edge of the foam spline opposed to the first edge of the foam spline in a side-by-side relationship with a second foam panel. Abstract: A tool for the deployment of a foldable transportable structure comprising an elongate housing, an elongate threaded worm screw rotatably mounted to the elongate housing, a slider block defining both a threaded slider passage into which is threaded the worm screw and a slider pin aperture for receiving a slider unfolding pin, and means for constraining the slider block from rotating upon rotation of the worm screw, such that the slider block translates along the length of the worm screw upon rotation thereof. A first end of the elongate housing defines a housing pin aperture for receiving a housing unfolding pin.

Abstract: A foldable building structure is provided that includes a fixed space portion including a first floor portion, a first ceiling portion, and a first wall portion. The structure includes a second ceiling portion and a third ceiling portion each movable between a folded position that is proximate to the fixed space portion and a deployed position. The second and third ceiling portions are movable from their respective folded positions to their respective deployed positions to form with the first ceiling portion a ceiling component of the building structure when in their deployed positions, the ceiling component having a periphery. At least one of the first floor portion, the first ceiling portion, the second ceiling portion, or the third ceiling portion includes at least a section of a closed-loop passageway proximate to the periphery in the interior portion adapted to contain a utility line.
