Abstract: The present disclosure describes novel systems and methods for a customer to receive information and/or purchase a product or service while interacting with multiple vendors through a single contact/agency. The customer is able to communicate with the agency through a variety of communication modes. The agency adapts the customer's input as necessary to meet the requirements of the vendors and the agency returns information to the customer so that the customer can conveniently interact with the multiple vendors. The systems and methods allow for the customer to stop and restart the process at various points using any of the communication modes. The agency has the ability to present the customer with prospecting, sales, service, upgrades, cross-sells, and other pre- and post-purchase services at the single point-of-contact agency.

The method includes a determination of whether the customer is an on-line client of the financial institution, a verification of customer-provided information with a pre-existing client identification profile for the customer, a determination of whether the customer is a sole proprietorship, a determination of the customer's credit score using a set of predetermined criteria, and presenting a set of account options based at least in part on the verification of the customer-provided information and the customer's credit score. Additional customer-provided information may be received and verified and used to enroll the client in one or more programs offered by the financial institution at a predefined level based at least on one or more predetermined factors.

Abstract: A method for interfacing with a financial institution using a computer interface is disclosed for on-line or E-Lending. A customer selects a lending product on the website of a financial institution. The financial institution receives information to authenticate the customer, and receives additional information related to the financial history and lending needs from the customer. The terms and conditions related to the lending product are presented to the customer and an authorization to an application is received from the customer. A risk analysis is performed using information received from the customer and the application of the loan is subject to approval based at least in part on the risk analysis. The third set of information related to insurance, disclosures, etc is received from the customer and a fourth set of information related to the closing information is provided back to the customer. The loan may be further closed on-line or with an attorney or agent.

Abstract: An electronic receipt system may generate electronic documents including receipt content associated with a transaction between an account holder and a third party, and automatically link the electronic documents to secure records corresponding to account transaction records in a secure database. An account holder may subsequently view an electronic document including the receipt from a secure network platform displaying the secure records for multiple transactions in the account. In some aspects, the electronic receipt system may retrieve the receipt from an email message transmitted to an email address assigned to the account holder by the electronic receipt system. In other aspects, the electronic receipt may be retrieved using an application on a user device corresponding to the electronic receipt system.

Abstract: A network interface device can (i) detect electronic communications from a telecommunications network; (ii) extract an access request for protected data; and (iii) extract browser information about a browser on a user device used by a user to initiate the access request. The access request can include a network address of a device from which the electronic communications were transmitted. The browser information can indicate a time zone associated with the browser. The network address and the browser information can be independent of data about the user and of data transmitted from the network interface device. The network address and stored data about network addresses can be used to determine a time zone for the device. A result of comparing the time zones can be used to determine a level of authentication to require before allowing the protected data to be transmitted to the user device.

Abstract: A virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) system can be implemented for providing secured access to information and that is navigable using head or eye movements. The system can provide a three-dimensional environment that includes scenes with information that is available to all of the scenes and with secured information from an external source. Head or eye movements can allow a user to make selections, insert commands, etc. Security features can prevent a third party from viewing the secured information.

Abstract: A personalized card may be generated using a card-personalization system accessible via multiple access points on a network. In some aspects, the personalized card may include a physical card having an image selected by a user in a card-personalization process. The user may be assigned a code that may both authenticate the user to access the card-personalization system and identify a position of the user in the card-personalization process. The card-personalization process may include a selection process for selecting an image, an approval process for approving the image, and a creation process for generating the personalized card including the image.

Abstract: A method of the present disclosure includes a host system authenticating a user of the user device to access secure host information associated with the user in a database. A request may be transmitted to a third-party system to access secure third-party information stored by the third party based on third-party authentication information. The host system may receive the secure third-party information and store the secure third-party information in a memory location of the database that is associated with a different memory location including the secure host information. The memory location and the different memory location may be associated in the database based on a common information type. The host system may generate a graphical user interface that positions the secure host information and the secure third-party information in the graphical user interface based on their respective location in the database.

Abstract: Examples of systems and methods for processing email bounceback messages are disclosed. One disclosed method includes the steps of receiving a bounceback email message, determining a classification for the bounceback email message, determining a corrective action for the bounceback email message based on the classification, and executing the corrective action.
