Abstract: A fire-fighting appliance for distributing water droplets includes a rotating nozzle unit configured with nozzles distributed about the periphery of the nozzle unit, and a tubular element that is prepared for connection to a source of water for supply of water to the nozzles. Furthermore, the fire-fighting appliance includes a motor that is attached to the tubular element and is driven by the water pressure from the water source. The motor is rotatably connected to the nozzle unit and an adjusting device is provided for controlling the rotational speed of the motor for dispersing water droplets through the nozzles in a pulsating action.
