An exemplary embodiment may further comprise programmable BLE beacons using shared secret key hashing technology, a cloud-services layer, and an on-premise middleware component. In an exemplary embodiment, a system or method may be adapted to listen in near real-time via a communications protocol such as WebSockets for car call requests and kiosk access control authorization messages.
