    Abstract: The present invention is a stroller/car seat system and method of using the same to translationally displace a child over a surface that features a frame, a wheel assembly coupled to the frame to rotate about a roller axis, and a stop disposed on the frame opposite to the wheel. A handle is connected to pivot the frame about the roller axis between first and second positions, with the stop resting against the surface in the first position and being spaced-apart therefrom in the second position. A seat portion is connected to the frame.
