Abstract: Steps after a user finds an attractive product until he or she buys it are successively performed so that he or she can buy it stressfreely. The user photographs an attractive product with a portable camera telephone terminal 1 and transmits image data 7 to a server 3 through Internet 2. The server 3 has a DB 4 in which images such as various types of products, persons, and logo marks are registered and a DB 5 in which related information of image data registered in the DB 4 is registered. The server 3 performs an image recognizing process for the image data 7, retrieves data that match the image data 7 with a high match rate from the image data registered in the DB 4, and extracts corresponding related information from the DB 5. The related information is provided to the user through the Internet 2. By only transmitting the image data 7, the user can obtain related information of an attractive product.
Abstract: The present invention provides an eyeglass frame without nose pads that can adapt to difference in face size and can exert sufficient fixation force. A nose pad-less eyeglass frame 1 that is not provided with nose pads, wherein supporting members 3 for fixing an eyeglass frame to a face are attached on temples 2, and the supporting members 3 are movable in longitudinal directions of the temples 2 so that the positions of the supporting members 3 are adjustable.
Abstract: Self-erecting containers, for forming, from folded, flattened, partially articulated and pre-glued blanks, containers having prismatic container enclosures, are provided. Pairs of corner panels join end panels to side panels. One of each pair of corner panels is affixed to one of opposed side or end panels, so that upon raising of the end or side panels, respectively, the corner panels cause the respective side or end panels to be automatically be raised relative to the bottom panel. The containers may include one or more top panels, with top support panels associated with the end, side or top panels, for supporting and locating the one or more top panels.

Abstract: Thermosetting resin composition comprising an unsaturated thermosetting polyester resin and a thermosetting organo-silicone compound which can react with the thermosetting polyester resin by cross-linking to establish chemical bonds between the thermosetting polyester resin and the thermosetting organo-silicone compound for forming a solid polyester/organo-silicone thermoset resin product with a network of cross-linked chemical bonds. The thermosetting organo-silicone compound preferably is a thermosetting organo-silicone elastomer; the composition preferably contains a low-profile or low-shrinkage additive; and the polyester resin preferably is associated with an unsaturated monomer for cross-linking therewith. The resin composition is useful for the production of "dough" moulding compounds, sheet moulding compounds, bulk moulding compounds, high strength moulding compounds, and thick moulding compounds.
Abstract: A pipe fitting having an improved means of securing a polymeric pipe thereto, wherein the first part of the pipe fitting comprises a head, a tail extending downstream of the head, an annular ridge surrounding the tail downstream of the head, and a male thread between the ridge and the head. A nut arranged to engage the first part of the pipe fitting, has a number of resilient spaced fingers extending upstream from an outwardly diverging mouth. The fingers have portions of a female movement which engage the male thread to resist upstream movement of the nut, but which can disengage and slide ("ratchet") over the male thread if the nut is moved in a downstream direction.
