Abstract: A device (20) for cleaning dentures broadly includes a cup (21) adapted to hold a liquid (L), and a strainer (29) associated with the cup. The cup as an upper peripheral lip (24). The strainer (29) is a basket-like member having a foraminous bottom (30). The strainer is adapted to be lowered into the cup to submerge a denture contained within the strainer in the liquid. The strainer has at least one hook (35) that is adapted to selectively engage the cup lip (24) such that the strainer may be held in an elevated position relative to the cup such that liquid on the denture may drain into the cup.

Abstract: A personal cleansing composition, suitable for use as a soap or a shampoo, contains at least one conditioning agent, such as silicone. The composition also contains a refined agricultural grain, such as oats, that has been at least partially defatted and that has at least some of its bran removed. The conditioning agent is carried by the grain, and is substantially insoluble in the wetted composition.

Abstract: A hollow game stick handle (12) formed as an extruded member and adapted to mate with a molded hockey stick blade (14) having an improved socket (18) for holding the handle to thereby provide a hockey stick (10) for use in street hockey, ice hockey, and the like,, is described. The handle is an elongated member having a substantially rectangular cross-section with a reduced wall thickness that approximates the weight and feel of a wooden hockey stick handle.

Abstract: A denture base stabilizing sheet fitting the shape of the user's jaw serves to stabilize the denture base on the jaw. The sheet has a generally trapezoidal configuration, optionally with a cut out in the center, with each corner of the trapezoid having smooth edges. The sheet is made from a composition containing 41 to 43 wt % ethyl methacrylate polymer, 37 to 39 wt % butyl phthalyl butyl glycolate, and 17 to 23 wt % glyceryl triacetate.

Abstract: A toy musical instrument of the type commonly known as a kazoo having an open-ended turret section, a resonating membrane positioned within the turret section and a retainer member for installation within the turret section and for releasably securing the membrane within the turret section utilizes a turret section having a plurality of protuberences and a retainer member defining an embossment which cooperates with the protuberences to secure the retainer member in a snap-fit relationship with the turret section when the retainer has been inserted a preselected distance through the open end of the turret section. The embossment and the protuberences are so shaped to permit the retainer and the turret section to be disassembled from snap-fit relationship only if the retainer body is positioned in a preselected rotational orientation relative to the turret section.

Abstract: An elongated, hollow, game stick handle for hockey sticks, or the like, and formed from a plastic material, the handle having a substantially rectangular cross-section. The outer and inner surfaces are arcuately shaped for increased strength and improved fracture resistance. The side walls and corners are of non-uniform thickness and the minimum wall thickness of the shorter sides is greater than the minimum wall thickness of the larger sides, while the maximum wall thickness of the corners is greater than the minimum wall thicknesses of the shorter or larger sides.
