Abstract: To produce a fiber composite material component, a production system has a mold providing unit with at least one component mold. Fiber composite material can be applied to the at least one component mold by means of at least two production units. The at least two production units can be moved for this purpose on a guide path. The guide path runs round the mold providing unit so that the at least two production units can travel round the mold providing unit along the guide path. The productivity and flexibility of production can thereby be increased.

Abstract: A receptacle for receiving fastening elements for connection of two components of a unit to be assembled, the receptacle has means for providing a separate reception of different fastening elements which differ from one another with regard to a shape, and/or a size, and/or a material, such that different ones of the fastening elements with which the receptacle is charged are coordinated with the components which are respectively to be connected, and a number of the fastening elements to be received by the receptacle corresponds at least to a number of connection sites on the components.

Abstract: The invention relates to an end effector for a manipulator, wherein the end effector interacts with a workpiece, wherein at least one carrier, configured in particular as a carrier plate, for a tool arrangement is provided, and wherein the tool arrangement serves to interact with the workpiece. It is proposed that the carrier is formed at least in part from a deformable material, in particular from an elastically deformable material, and that the carrier is assigned an actuating arrangement, by way of which the carrier is deformable and thus the tool arrangement is orientable in space.
Abstract: A device for providing connection elements, such as rivets and the like has a storage unit with at least one outlet, two stacked, replaceable cartridges each having at least one output flange for dispensing connection elements, and a cartridge guide and a detachable cartridge lock assigned to each cartridge which for its installation is slideable via the cartridge guide to an operating position and fixable by the cartridge lock assigned to the cartridge guide and engaged with the cartridge for locking.
Abstract: In a method for the offline programming of an NC-controlled manipulator which follows at least one real trajectory, possibly in a sensor-supported manner, with tool center point thereof in the real working mode, a kinematic manipulator model and, possibly, an environmental model are stored in an offline programming environment with user interface, at least one virtual trajectory of the manipulator and a virtual tolerance zone assigned to said trajectory are defined using the offline programming environment in a definition routine, and the offline programming environment is used to check, in a check routine, the previously defined tolerance zone at least in part in terms of kinematic singularities of the manipulator, the occurrence of which prompts a singularity routine to be executed.
Abstract: A method is used for controlling a paced production line for processing airplane structural components, wherein the production line comprises at least one workstation having at least one processing machine. It is provided that the processing sequence in the workstation is determined for a production step by determining the expected or actual occupation of the working area by structural component(s) or structural component section(s) for the production step, and, on the basis of the occupation, all of the operations to be performed in this workstation in this production step are determined, and the processing sequence of these operations is optimized.
Abstract: A system for identification of different fastening elements used for connecting of components of a unit to be assembled has a receptacle to receive different fastening elements which differ from each other with regard to shape and/or size and/or material and are coordinated to the components which are respectively to be connected so that the number of fastening elements which are able to be received by the receptacle corresponds at least to the number of connection sites on the components, a housing which serves to receive the receptacle, and identification elements to display the individual charging position of a fastening element in the receptacle.

Abstract: For manufacture of fiber-reinforced components, a positionable base frame is used on which a controllable holding device is provided for gripping and holding at least one reinforced fiber layer. A draping device is provided on the base frame, using which the reinforced fiber layer may be draped onto a mold core via the application of a vacuum.
Abstract: An apparatus for holding a large format workpiece includes first and second sets of support units on opposite sides of the workpiece. Each support unit includes a support arm carrying individual mounting fixtures such as suction units for suction-holding the workpiece. The support arm is pivotably mounted on a support column, which in turn is movable along a floor-mounted rail. A riveting machine includes an upper tool and a lower tool that are movable parallel to the floor-mounted rail. To make space for the machine to set rivets in the area that is supported by a given support arm, that support arm is released from the workpiece and moved away to allow the machine to carry out its riveting cycle at that area, while the greatest possible number of the other support units simultaneously remain in place and continue to support the workpiece.
