Abstract: An electric motor, in particular for a motor vehicle, having a cylindrical motor housing and having a fastening flange, the motor housing having a housing shell which is open both on a first end side and on the opposite second end sides, the fastening flange being configured with a bearing seat, and the fastening flange being connected to the housing shell on the second end sides.
Abstract: An electric motor for driving a motor vehicle component, such as a fan motor for cooling cooling water, has a thermal fuse with a contact spring. The contact spring has attached ends that are connected to a conducting path section between which an interruption point is formed. The springy ends of the contact spring are in soldered contact with each other in a spring-biased manner. The thermal fuse is a fuse module with a plastic support in which the conducting path sections are partially embedded in such a way that the contact spring lies in a window opening in the support. Terminals of the conducting path sections protrude from the plastic support.
Abstract: The invention relates to a seat rail for a motor vehicle seat, consisting of a lower rail and an upper rail shiftably mounted thereon, with at least one attachment part of the upper rail fabricated of sheet metal for fixing a seat or a safety belt. At least one marginal edge of the attachment part is blunted and solidified by an embossment.
Abstract: A method for producing a connection for a motor vehicle seat, wherein a seat frame side part is welded to a seat rail to form the connection.
Abstract: A screen adjustment device (1) for a motor vehicle has a screen (6) or screen carrier (2) for mounting a screen, and a control cable drive (4) for adjusting the screen or screen carrier between an open (screen-accessible) position (22) and a parked (screen-hidden) position (24). The control cable drive has a control cable (11), which is coupled to the screen or screen carrier by a driver (15) and which at the two ends is guided over two return elements (12, 13) and at least one cable tensioning unit (18, 19) onto a winding reel (14) coupled to a drive motor (21). The control cable drive has a bearing block (30) for supporting the winding reel, the block together with the cable tensioning unit forming a self-contained pre-assembled unit (20) or being capable of pre-assembly to form such a unit.
Abstract: A driver for a window lifter, particularly in a motor vehicle, including at least one slider pair for guiding a leg of a guide rail section, which leg extends in the direction of the plate plane, wherein each slider is formed by at least one sheet metal tab which is bent out of the plate plane of a driver plate and covered with an injection molded material, the two sheet metal tabs of the two sliders are connected with one another by means of a sheet metal web which is bent out of the plate plane, with a bending edge shared by the two sheet metal tabs and the sheet metal web.
