Abstract: A dishwasher is provided that includes a washing compartment and a sorption drying system to dry items to be washed, wherein the sorption drying system has a sorption container that contains reversibly dehydratable sorption material. The dishwasher further includes an air ducting channel to connect the sorption container with the washing compartment in order to generate an air flow. The air ducting channel has an inlet-side tube section and the sorption container and/or the inlet-side tube section has flow conditioning elements. Each flow conditioning elements has an air passage such that, to a large extent, an equalization of a local cross-sectional profile of an air flow is effected when air flows through the sorption container in a throughflow direction of the sorption container.

Abstract: A locking apparatus for locking a cooking device door is provided that includes a locking element, a motor for moving the locking element, and a stop in the cooking device door which restricts the movement of the locking element in a locking position. In order to provide a locking apparatus for locking a cooking device door with improved properties in terms of reliability of the lock, the locking apparatus includes a device for detecting a core variable for a movement path covered by the locking element.

Abstract: A household appliance includes a drying chamber, a process air loop and a heat pump. The heat pump includes a heat transfer loop containing a heat transfer fluid, an evaporator heat exchanger, a liquefier heat exchanger, a compressor, and a nozzle. The heat transfer fluid has a critical temperature above 60° C., a nominal heat of vaporization at boiling point of at least 220 kJ/kg, a GWP index of less than 150 and a lower flammability level of at least 0.1 kg/m3. Preferably, the household appliance is a dryer for drying wet laundry.

According to the present invention the sequence p/t of the sensor signal contains a component ?p/?t, whereof the presence indicates the presence of foam in the measuring region. Abstract: A baking oven including an oven muffle which includes at least one thermal heating element and which can be heated to various operational temperatures, i.e. a standard baking and roasting temperature and a high cleaning temperature (pyrolysis). The baking oven also includes a cooling fan arranged downstream from a ventilation shaft in order to guide heated air which is formed away from the inside of the baking oven to the outside thereof. According to the invention, at least one part of the ventilation shaft can be automatically adjusted according to various characteristics of the fan to form various cross-section flows by operation of a freely pivotable flap, in order to dispense with cumbersome conventional control measures.
