Abstract: In a simulator for emergency treatment training, a chest compression training module measures chest compression training information. An artificial, an artificial respiration training module measures respiration training information, an automated external defibrillator training module measures pad attachment training information, and a compression training module measures hemostatic compression training information. A control unit is installed in a trunk of a manikin and obtains pieces of training information from the chest compression training module, the artificial respiration training module, the automated external defibrillator training module, and the hemostatic compression training module. A monitoring apparatus is connected to the control unit in a wired or wireless manner, receives the pieces of the training information from the control unit, executes an evaluation program, generates an evaluation result, and displays the generated evaluation result on a screen.

Abstract: An endotracheal intubation training device includes a head portion comprising an open mouth, a jaw located below the mouth, a tongue inside the mouth, and an elastic member disposed below the tongue; an airway portion comprising a trachea extending from the head and communicating with the mouth, and a glottis positioned inside the trachea; and a glottis narrowing portion disposed to surround the airway portion and configured to control a size of the glottis.

The buttocks intramuscular injection training model includes a hip model having a similar shape to a human hip; injection modules inserted into both sides of the hip model and each being configured to comprise electrode layers to detect a needle and a muscle layer into which injection liquid is injected; a controller connected to the electrode layers to detect a location of the needle; and an input and output device wired or wireless connected to the controller for bidirectional communication with the controller and configured to visibly output the location of the needle.

Abstract: There is provided a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) simulator enabling repeated defibrillation training to allow a user to practice CPR and use of a defibrillator, and the CPR simulator includes a dummy in a body shape similar to a human body shape; a first magnet installed on a upper right part of a chest of a body of the dummy; a second magnet installed on a bottom left side of the chest of the body of the dummy; a first training pad having a first metal sheet formed on one side thereof and a first electrode pad formed on the other side thereof; and a second training pad having a second metal sheet formed on one side thereof and a second electrode pad formed on the other side thereof.

Abstract: There is provided a simulator for CPR and defibrillator training, which may perform training and evaluation of CPR and a defibrillator so that when there is a patient in an emergency situation, effective first aid can be provided to the patient. Through the simulator for CPR and defibrillator training, CPR and the use of the defibrillator for emergency medical technicians such as a doctor, a nurse and an emergency medical technician can be systematically and repetitively trained, and a person in charge of training can identify whether or not the education is performed effectively by recording and evaluating a training situation. Also, through the simulator, the education of CPR and defibrillator training is possible so that not only the emergency medical technicians but also general people can perform emergency treatment effectively.

Abstract: The present invention relates to chemically modified hollow fiber materials for extracorporeally removing exotoxins produced by pathogenic Escherichia coli from protein containing liquids, particularly from blood or plasma, as well as the use in treating patients suffering from diseases which, for example, are caused by enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli bacteria (EHEC infections) or other pathogenic Escherichia coli like enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) or enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC).
