  • Patent number: 12044328
Abstract: Techniques involve a hydraulic valve module having at least one hydraulic valve with a valve slide which can be adjusted by way of an electric actuator in order to supply hydraulic lines with hydraulic liquid by way of the hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve module has a controller and an electric energy store. The controller and the electric energy store are set up to move the valve slide out of every possible valve slide position into a deactivation position by way of the electric actuator and energy which is stored in the electric energy store. This allows the safe operation of hydraulic valves without a restoring spring, wherein valves of this type and the actuators thereof can be of smaller and less expensive construction than in the case of conventional valves with a restoring spring.

  • Patent number: 11313451
Abstract: An electric linear drive for a gear rack including a stepping motor, a holding plate, a motor output gear, and a gearing. The holding plate, the stepping motor, the motor output gear, and the gearing form a drive unit that, together with a basic housing, form an overall housing. The overall housing has an opening for the insertion of the gear rack. Drive electronics are fixed to the holding plate such that electrical connections are present on the outside of the overall housing. The stepping motor has a rotor axis arranged parallel to the holding plate. During assembly, a rack belonging to a device to be driven can be pushed into a lateral opening of the overall housing, and the device to be driven can be connected to the overall housing. The electric linear drive is compact, allowing devices to be driven to be located close to one another.

  • Patent number: 9803771
Abstract: A latch device (12) for a hydraulic valve (10) is proposed. The latch device (12) comprises a housing (22) and a latch shaft (26), which is supported such that it can move in the housing (22). In order to create a latch device (12), independent of the hydraulic provisioning, the provision of at least one magnetizable ring beam arrangement (38), which is supported on the latch shaft (26), and an electric solenoid arrangement (40), located on the housing (22) around the ring beam arrangement (38) is also proposed, wherein by the supply of current to the solenoid arrangement (40), a positioning force can be produced on the ring beam arrangement (38). Furthermore, a hydraulic valve (10) with the corresponding latch device (12) and a hydraulic arrangement (92) for such a valve (10) are also proposed.

  • Patent number: 7100639
Abstract: The invention relates to a control valve (10) for controlling the pressure and flow of hydraulic oil from or to the working connections (A, B) of a consumer. The pressure and the pressure flow are controlled by means of at least one sliding piston which can be actuated by at least one drive mechanism and which can be displaced in a slider hole and in co-operating annular channels. The invention is characterized in that the annular channels are symmetrically arranged, whereby a tank connection annular channel is arranged in the symmetrical centre point on a symmetrical axis. Annular channels associated with the working connections (A, B), pump-pressure annular channels, load-sensing annular channels and end-chamber annular channels are arranged behind each other on both sides. According to the invention, the latter can be connected to other channels.

  • Patent number: 6860291
Abstract: A directional control valve includes a pressure regulator piston configured as a hollow slide with a radial passage positioned in such a way that a connection from the internal chamber of the pressure regulator piston to a pump pressure annular channel (P) can be regulated by the radial passage and a second radial passage of a directional control valve piston. The second radial passage constitutes a control edge, which is used to regulate the connection from the internal chamber to a load sensing annular channel (LS). An annular groove, which in the neutral position forms a connection from the internal chamber to the load sensing annular channel (LS), is joined to the second radial passage. The pressure regulator is impervious to different flow forces caused by different mass fluxes and ensures that the hydraulic consumer is prevented from moving in the neutral position.
