Abstract: One or more processors receives one or more first database records indicating a plurality of candidate identifiers are received by one or more processors. The one or more processors obtains one or more electronic images of the physical asset. At least one electronic image includes a graphical representation of data printed on the physical asset. The one or more processors identifies a plurality of regions of the data based on the one or more electronic images. The one or more processors determines a context of the physical asset based on the plurality of regions, selects the identifier from the plurality of candidate identifiers based on the plurality of regions, and generates a second database record including an indication of the context of the physical asset, and an indication of the identifier.

Abstract: A package custody management system is disclosed that enables building personnel to manage inbound receipt, custody tracking, and occupant receipt of package deliveries for occupants in a building. The system includes one or more processors capable of receiving, from an individual responsible for performing a function related to ensuring proper custody of packages delivered at the building for occupants of the building, package delivery information regarding delivery of a package to the building for an occupant of the building. The processors are further capable of receiving an indication that the occupant or a person acting on behalf of the occupant has received the package, and responsive to receiving the indication, storing occupant receipt data in a database.

Abstract: A service request management system is disclosed that enables collaborative information sharing between an occupant of a building and an individual associated with building operations who is responsible for receiving, delegating, or performing a function related to the service request. The system includes one or more processors capable of receiving, from the occupant of the building, a new service request requesting a service or maintenance task to be performed for the occupant at the building, and storing the service request and related service request information in a service request database of the system. The processors are capable of enabling the individual to retrieve the service request from the service request database and to provide service request modification information to modify the service request information stored in the database. The processors are capable of updating the service request information stored in the database based on the service request modification information.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for providing building management information, including a receiver for receiving at least one of information pertaining to at least one of a building, a property, a unit of the building, and a unit of the property, and a request to receive information, a memory device for storing at least one of the information and the request to receive information, a processor for processing at least one of the information and the request to receive information, wherein the processor generates a response to the at least one of the information and the request to receive information, and a transmitter for transmitting the response to a communication device associated with an individual authorized to receive the response. The at least one of the information, the request, and the response, contains at least one of building information, property information, unit information, management information and maintenance information.
