Patents Assigned to Bullard Spine, LLC
  • Patent number: 10898343
Abstract: A spinal stabilization system for use in a vertebral column of a patient, comprising: a multi-layer osteogenic carrier device comprising: a delivery layer comprising a porous material and an osteogenic material; and a support layer in communication with the delivery layer, the support layer capable of substantially conforming to an anatomical feature in the vertebral column of the patient, wherein the support layer holds the delivery layer in proximity to the anatomical feature; at least one rod; at least one rod clip; and at least one fastener are disclosed. The multi-layer osteogenic carrier device can further comprise an adhesive layer capable of adhering the carrier to at least a portion of an anatomical feature, the adhesive layer in communication with at least a portion of the delivery layer.

  • Patent number: 10433978
Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for spinal fusion procedures that can allow all components of the spinal fusion procedure to be inserted into the wound of a patient at once, and can thus minimize the number of components that must be separately inserted into a wound. This can be accomplished by providing a intervertebral fixation system that allows an intervertebral cage, vertebral fixation plate, and drill guides to be assembled into a single unit prior to insertion into a patient.

  • Patent number: 10105237
Abstract: A multi-layer osteogenic, osteoconductive and/or osteoinductive carrier device or system for applying an osteoinductive substance to a bone surface, and methods for making and using said carrier are disclosed. The multi-layer osteogenic carrier device can comprise a delivery layer comprising a porous material and an osteogenic material; and a support layer in communication with the delivery layer, the support layer capable of substantially conforming to an anatomical feature, wherein the support layer can hold the delivery layer in proximity to the anatomical feature. The multi-layer osteogenic carrier device can further comprise an adhesive layer capable of adhering the carrier to at least a portion of an anatomical feature, the adhesive layer in communication with at least a portion of the delivery layer. The carrier can be applied to and compressed to conform to the decorticated bone of a fusion site and kept in place by a rod clip attached to a spinal stabilization system.

  • Patent number: 10076365
Abstract: Anterior cervical instrumentation systems, methods, and devices are disclosed. Systems may facilitate immobilizing or providing support for the cervical portion of the vertebral column of a patient. A device may comprise a plate having two channels located in a proximal to distal direction, and may further comprise at least one aperture. The device may further comprise attachment elements such as attachment cross-links and spacer cross-links, and fasteners. The plate and the attachment elements may be secured to the vertebrae by passing fasteners through apertures and channels. The length of the plate, position and number of the attachment cross-links, position and number of spacer cross-links and degree of movement may be intraoperatively selected by the surgeon to provide an optimal application and procedural outcome. Uniform components of the devices and systems allow for a more streamlined and simplified method of treating spinal conditions.
