Abstract: A fat spread product including: at least 5% by weight of water; and from 10% to 95% by weight of a fat composition, wherein the fat composition included: from 10% to 100% by weight of an intraesterified fat or an interesterified fat blend, including HSHO sunflower oil or a fraction derived from HSHO sunflower oil; at most 85% by weight of at least one liquid oil or liquid oil mixture; and at most 5% by weight of at least one fat soluble additive.
Abstract: A high stearic oilseed stearin fat including: from 19% to 95% of disaturated triglycerides in which the (w/w) ratio of disaturated triglycerides with one oleic acid to disaturated triglycerides with one linoleic acid (SOS/SLS) is higher than 1; and at least 1% of trisaturated triglycerides; in which the Ssn-2/Stotal×100 value is of from 11 to 98; and a process for preparing the same.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for in situ regeneration of spent filter aid including the steps of: a) circulating through a spent filter aid cake in a circulation loop a regenerating oil at a temperature of from 40° C. to 100° C., in a regenerating oil/spent filter aid (v/w) ratio of from 0.3/1 to 12/1; b) removing the regenerating oil from the treated spent filter aid cake; and c) recovering the regenerated filter aid.
