Example wrenches may have a handle portion comprising the carbon fibers; which in some cases can be formed as a part of a composite laminate structure of at least a portion of the handle. Example wrenches will often include an insert portion for engaging a bolt, nut, or similar structure. In most cases, the insert will be formed of a relatively hardened material, such as a metal, or a metal-containing, material.
