Abstract: A lever-controllable magnetic buckle includes a male member having a male engaging section, a female member having a female engaging section formed with two groups of female guide-out surface, and a control lever. The male member is magnetically attracted for moving to the female member with the male engaging section retained to the female engaging section. The control lever is pivotally connected to the male member and has an actuating cam contacting with the female member. The female member will contact with surfaces of the actuating cam at different positions thereof when the control lever is pivotally swung relative to the male member, allowing the male engaging section to disengage from the female engaging section. Then, the control lever can be further swung to move the male member in different directions to selectively contact with one of the two groups of female guide-out surface and be completely separated from the female member.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing product with decorative patterns includes a fixed and a movable mold base, and a decorative film. A fixed mold insert is fitted in the fixed mold base and is provided with a sprue and at least one molding cavity. The movable mold base is movable toward or away from the fixed mold base and includes an ejector pin unit and a movable mold insert, which is provided with at least one material receiving cavity. The decorative film is placed in between the fixed and the movable mold insert to cover the molding cavity and material receiving cavity, and is provided with a material passing opening corresponding to the sprue. A method for manufacturing product with decorative patterns is also disclosed to ensure increased yield rate of injection molded products with varied and precise surface patterns through effective cost control in the manufacturing process.

The retaining arm further includes an inward extended extension portion having a first retaining block with a first toothed face provided near a distal end thereof. The receiving space is internally provided with a downward extended second retaining block having a second toothed face opposite to the first toothed face. The first and the second toothed face firmly engage with one another to provide the buckle with an enhanced force-bearing strength when the connected male and female members are subjected to two opposite pull forces.

The curved outer sidewalls of the retaining arms enable the male member to slide into the front opening of the female member from an angular position, and the engagement of the male member with the female member at the retaining shoulder portions and axially front ends of the side openings and at the locating blocks and the stoppers provides the buckle with enhanced force-bearing strength to prevent the male and the female member from easy breakaway.
