The dart tip has an outer surface extending from a top to a bottom thereof, and a hollow passage extends through the dart tip in a first direction defining first and second mouth openings on opposing. First and second pairs of eye socket indents are located between the respective first and second mouth openings and the top of the dart tip, with the first and second eye socket indents penetrating partially into the dart tip and an interior boundary wall formed between each one of the first pair of eye socket indents and each respective oppositely located one of the second pair of eye socket indents. The first and second pairs of eye socket indents and the respective first and second mouth openings form a face configuration on the opposing sides of the dart tip.

Each of the projectile holders includes a slot on a radially inner side into which a projectile biasing arm extends at a projectile launch position. A pusher is located in the housing adjacent to the projectile launch position. Drive wheels are positioned in front of the drum magazine assembly at the projectile launch position. The drive wheels are motorized so that they rotate to propel a projectile pushed from the drum between the drive wheels for launching the projectile.

An air pump is connected to the air pressure chamber for pressurizing the air pressure chamber with a user desired air pressure. Upon actuation of the release valve, the air pressure acts on the moveable wall to force water under pressure from the water pressure chamber so that a stream of water is ejected from the nozzle.

Abstract: A balloon inflation and air containment device is provided. The device includes a first tube with a first end which receives an air supply and a second end which receives a mouth of a balloon. A collapsible second tube is axially sealably connected to the first tube and extends away from the first tube. A method for constructing a balloon assembly with the above-described device is also provided.
