Abstract: A device for placing at the entrance to a maintenance space, comprises a counter to count a number of persons passing the entrance, a touchscreen to obtain structured data about the maintenance space, and a transmitter, associated with the counter and with the touchscreen, for transmitting counting results and structured data to a remote location. A cloud based maintenance regulation system based on the above device is also disclosed.
