Abstract: The inventive remote control method includes opening a first communication session between a calling terminal and a centralized information system by a telecommunication network, transmitting the identifier of the calling terminal user to the centralized information system, the identifier of the information system being transmitted to a remote control by the telecommunication network, and verifying the identifier with the aid of the centralized information system. In the case of the positive verification result, the method includes transmitting an authorization from the centralized information system to a remote control information system and performing the authorized command thereby.
