Abstract: Systems and methods enable third-party applications and devices to interface with financial service provider computer networks in a secure, compliant manner. In one embodiment, an interface computing device connected to a provider computer network transmits a registration request message to a custodian. The interface computing device receives a registration request response message from the custodian indicating whether the registration request was approved or denied. The interface computing device receives a data request message requesting data stored on the provider computer network. The interface competing device gathers data stored on the provider computer network, sanitizes the data, and generates a response communication using the sanitized data.

  • Publication number: 20150339769
Abstract: Systems and methods permit the efficient and accurate aggregation and analysis of loan application data as well as the convenient display of the loan application data to a financial service provider. In one embodiment, a computing device associated with a financial service provider receives a loan application containing loan application data. The computing device performs a compliance and underwriting analysis and a verification analysis to validate inputs, authenticate customer identity, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluate the risk posed by a loan application, among other features. If the verification analysis indicates that supplemental loan application data is required, the provider computing device generates an application status message identifying the required supplemental data.

  • Publication number: 20150278809
Abstract: Systems and methods enable the real-time authorization of payment transactions initiated by personal and mobile computing devices. In one embodiment, a financial account server associated with a payment recipient, or payee, is configured to receive a payment data envelope from a payee computing device. The payment data envelope can originate from a payer computing device and include transaction information obtained from an identity management service associated with the payer. The payment data envelope can further include information that allows for the authentication of the payee and payer identities as well as payment instructions. The payee financial account server processes the payment data envelope and transmits the envelope to a financial account server associated with the payer.

  • Publication number: 20140365255
Abstract: Systems and methods enable the processing of a customer-support request by allowing customers to initiate a support request through a computing device without the need for the customer to provide information relating to the customer's reasons for initiating the request. In one embodiment, a server associated with a provider receives a support request from a customer computing device. The provider server performs predictive analysis to determine the most likely reasons the customer initiated the service request. The provider server also identifies one or more representatives qualified to address the support request and transmits a support request notification to a computing device associated with a provider representative who is qualified to address the request.
