    Abstract: A fluid spring has a cylindrical housing (1) in whose end sections pieces (12,13) are introduced. A hollow space (20) is configured in one of these end pieces (12), a control device (30) being located in the hollow space (20). The control device (30) has two sealing devices (31,32) and an actuating rod (33) which connects them. The planes of the sealing devices (31,32) do not run parallel to each other.
