Abstract: Systems and methods to determine an indication of patient compliance to a prescribed treatment are disclosed, including receive temperature information from a first temperature sensor in a housing of a self-contained monitoring device and from a second temperature sensor located outside of the housing of the self-contained monitoring device, receiving an indication of a prescribed treatment, and determining an indication of patient compliance to the prescribed treatment using the received temperature information occurring over a first period.
