A first cup-shaped body is axially aligned under the first body, and a ball, which stops the flow of the beverage under the bias of a spring, is between the hole and the inside of the first cup-shaped body until the beverage reaches a given pressure. A second cup-shaped body houses the lower part of the first body and the first cup-shaped body and internally defines a chamber. A first through window is defined in the first cup-shaped body under the stopping zone of the flow in the hole; and a second through window is defined in the second cup-shaped body, through which contact between the beverage and air is made and is suited to feed the beverage from the chamber outwards.

Abstract: Super-automatic coffee maker for the preparation of espresso coffee continuously and with the possibility of selecting the quantity and type of espresso coffee desired, thus obtaining an espresso coffee of high quality and flavor. Machine comprising a vertical piston (2) adapted to press the coffee, ground in a grinder, into collection and brewing means (3), applicable in a removable way in the lower part of the coffee maker, in an underlying position and coinciding with said piston (2), to determine the espresso coffee which is then supplied through said means. At the end of each brewing, said collection and brewing means (3) are removed and the used pod contained in them is then ejected, and they are cleaned manually, with subsequent application of said means in the lower part of the machine, to perform a subsequent operating cycle.

Abstract: An infusion device for infusion capsules, particularly for espresso coffee machines, comprising a filter basket holder cylinder and a piston which can move with respect to each other from a configuration for loading and unloading at least one capsule for infusions into or from the filter basket holder cylinder to a dispensing configuration and vice versa, the device comprising first elements for movement of at least one of the filter basket holder cylinder and the piston for their first relative movement from the loading and unloading configuration to an intermediate configuration that is comprised between the loading and unloading configuration and the dispensing configuration and vice versa, and second elements for moving at least one of the filter basket holder cylinder and the piston for a second relative movement thereof from the intermediate configuration to the dispensing configuration and vice versa.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a component configured to be associated with a pipe arranged to supply a pressurized fluid into a beverage in order to admix the fluid to the beverage. The component includes a venturi having a first, upstream region at high pressure and low kinetic energy, and a second, downstream region at low pressure and high kinetic energy for said fluid. In the component, a first plurality of throughholes forms the venturi and puts the first region into communication with the second region, and a second plurality of throughholes is arranged so as to converge towards the second region. The present invention also relates to a device including the component and to a method of admixing a fluid to a beverage.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a unit for the preparation of infusions comprising a stationary piston, a mobile chamber (46) and a mobile piston concentric to the mobile chamber, arranged to co-operate for the preparation of infusions and to generate a tablet of exhausted powder apt to be ejected by an ejection device (93, 97, 99). The unit comprises also a plate (45) moved by a motor and elastically linked to the mobile chamber (46) so that such a resilient link is arranged to allow relative movement of the chamber (46) as to the plate (45) and to induce the activation of the ejection device. Advantageously, the resilient link between the plate and the chamber makes the unit of particularly simple realization. The invention also relates to an infusion machine, to the ejection device and to a method for realizing the unit.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an infusion machine comprising a boiler having first heating means provided for heating a liquid suitable for infusion preparation, in particular for espresso coffee preparation, at least one supplying group (14), and infusion means (43, 43b) provided for infusion preparation and associated with second heating means (46). The supplying group (14) in the machine further comprises an accumulation chamber (41) hydraulically connected to the infusion means (43, 43b) and arranged to contain a certain amount of liquid. Second heating means (46) are provided, which are arranged to directly heat the liquid contained in the accumulation chamber (41) for hydraulically feeding the infusion means (43). The invention also relates to the supplying group and the method of manufacturing the machine.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for the regulation of operation parameters, in particular pressure, in a coffee machine. The apparatus comprises a keyboard, arranged for activating the machine and setting operation parameters, and a plurality of light or sound emitting elements arranged to be selectively activated for highlight through a plurality of configurations the operation parameters of the machine set through the keyboard. Thanks to the invention it is possible to avoid on the machine the presence of a display that makes more complex and less reliable the machine. The invention relates also to a machine that comprises the apparatus and to the operating method of the apparatus.

Abstract: A piston (11) of an automatic machine for infusion of beverages, such as coffee and the like, the piston having a piston head (13a, 13b) divided into two parts connected together and axially movable relative to each other, an annular gasket (15) being housed between those parts and radially expanding when an axially directed thrust such as to make said two piston parts (13a, 13b) approach each other is applied onto said piston (11), wherein the elastic resistance of said gasket (15) keeps said two piston parts (13a, 13b) spaced apart when no axial thrust is applied onto the piston.

Abstract: An infusion group for infusion making machines, in particular for making espresso coffee, comprises a moving member (2) that has an internal cavity (3) adapted to receive a dose of powdered substance and that can be horizontally translated. The chamber co-operates with a piston (4) that can be horizontally translated and with a stationary piston (5), and the dose of powdered substance can be compressed between such pistons because of the translation. The moving member (2) and the moving piston (4) are simultaneously translated in opposite directions by respective threaded shafts (8, 18) that are simultaneously rotated in opposite directions.
