Abstract: A method for controlling media content and an apparatus are described. The method comprises providing media content including a plurality of virtual objects and a plurality of triggers, each of the triggers being associated with at least one of the virtual objects; presenting the media content to a plurality of viewers; continuously receiving tracking data of the viewers, matching the tracking data to the triggers; if the tracking data matches at least one trigger, branching the media content into a plurality of branches including a main branch and at least one auxiliary branch, each auxiliary branch associated with at least one viewer; for each matched trigger, automatically adjusting the virtual object(s) associated with the matched trigger in the corresponding auxiliary branch, simultaneously presenting the branches of the media content to respective viewers, and joining the auxiliary branch(es) with the main branch.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for managing services is disclosed, which comprises providing to a service provider a notification of a service reservation by one or more customer entities, continuously estimating a time of arrival based on a current geolocation of the one or more customer entities, providing to the service provider an indication of the estimated time of arrival, notifying the service provider of an arrival of the one or more customer entities at the location of the service provider based on the current geolocation and the location of the service provider, and responsive to the arrival at the location of the service provider, automatically coupling the one or more customer entities to a communication network of the service provider to confirm the service reservation.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and an apparatus for improving gesture recognition are described. The method comprises providing a reference model defined by a joint structure, receiving at least one image of a user, and mapping the reference model to the at least one image of the user, thereby connecting the user to the reference model for recognition of a set of gestures predefined for the reference model, when the gestures are performed by the user.

Abstract: A method for automatically maintaining orders on a networked computer is described, comprising maintaining, by the networked computer, information on an order including one or more entries, said information being associated with at least one ordering entity, receiving, by the networked computer, data indicative of an update of the order from the at least one ordering entity via a network, processing the data by the networked computer, updating, by the networked computer, a summary of the order, and providing, by the networked computer, the summary to the at least one ordering entity via the network in response to a trigger. Abstract: A method for accessing communication networks includes receiving by a device an identification of a communication network; determining whether the identification corresponds to a registered communication network; if the identification corresponds to a registered communication network, generating a password for accessing the communication network by applying a cryptographic function parameterized with a secret value associated with the communication network to the identification; and automatically establishing a connection of the device to the communication network using the generated password. Furthermore, methods for managing access to communication networks and providing communication networks are disclosed.
