Abstract: A LED light module for portable lighting which comprises a supporting base, a supporting plate, a diffusing cover, an electrical base, an axle, four round flat top single die miniature LEDs each with a light emitting angle of 100 degrees and a driving circuit disposed inside the axle and electrically connected to the LEDs. The present invention is more susceptible of low heat generation and low production costs. Moreover, since only four round flat top single die miniature LEDs are used to provide sufficient light output for an area in 360 degrees, it is more effective than the conventional portable lighting which provide spot lights only.
Abstract: A multi-reflector mechanism for a LED light source which comprises a LED light source, an outer parabolic reflector, an inner parabolic reflector and a sliding switch, wherein the inner reflector is disposed within the outer reflector with the focuses of both reflectors being different points on a common axis, and the focus of the outer reflector being the highest one nearest to the plane of the opening of the outer reflector; and the LED light source is disposed within the inner reflector and protrudes out from the vertex of the inner reflector and is coaxially and adjustably disposed at or near the focus of the inner reflector or of the outer reflector, and the light emitting angle of the LED light source is larger than the angle formed by the two points on the edge of the opening forming the diameter thereof and the focus of the inner reflector.
Abstract: A flip-out mechanism with safety press-button for a foldable device which comprises a torsion spring which is coiled uniformly or substantially uniformly with each coil of the same or substantially the same outside diameter and disposed in a circular compartment of the inner surface of the top casing, with one end of the torsion spring bended outward from the coil body of the torsion spring and disposed inside a corresponding receiving section of the circular compartment and with the other end of the torsion spring bended upward from the coil body of the torsion spring and disposed inside a receiving hole on the surface of the foldable object near its periphery aligned in a straight line with the through hole in the middle and then with the recess. The present invention is of simpler construction and assembly and is therefore susceptible of a lower production cost. It is also safer for carrying around.
