Patents Assigned to CAMILLE COMPAGNIE D'ASSISTANCE MINIERE ET INDUSTRIELLE
  • Patent number: 10391677
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for recycling carbon fibers (5), which includes two metal rails (1, 2) between which the carbon fibers (5) are intended to be stretched, and a current generator (3), the terminals of which are connected or intended to be connected to the two metal rails (1, 2). The rails (1, 2) form electrodes (1, 2) in short circuit when the carbon fibers (5) are arranged on said rails (1, 2). The generator (3) is suitable for outputting at least one current pulse of a power in the order of or greater than the MW between these two rails (1, 2), which allows the separation of the fibers from their resin. A recycling method implemented with this device is also proposed.

  • Patent number: 10280570
Abstract: The invention concerns a method (100) for recovering and/or recycling a bituminous product by means of pulsed power, the bituminous product comprising bitumen and elements to be separated, involving the following steps: supplying (101) a reactor (11) inside which at least two electrodes (13) extend with the bituminous product and a liquid medium of which at least one liquid component has Hansen solubility parameters ??, ?? and ?d such that the bitumen is at least partially soluble in the liquid medium, the elements to be separated being insoluble, generating (102) a series of electromagnetic pulses between the electrodes (13) in the reactor (11) so as to produce, as a result of the power, the frequency and the switching time of the electromagnetic pulses, at least one shock wave and at least ultraviolet radiation, in such a way as to disperse and dissolve the bitumen in the liquid medium, and to separate the bitumen and the insoluble elements, the liquid medium preventing the reconstitution of the bitumen.

  • Patent number: 9120102
Abstract: A method for reusing material by pulsed power, according to which a series of electrical discharges are generated between at least two electrodes in a reactor receiving an ambient liquid as well as the materials to be reused. The series of said electrical discharges produce, as a result of the energy, the frequency of the electrical discharges, the voltage between the electrodes and the switching time, a mechanical shockwave which propagates over the materials to be processed in the reactor. The ambient liquid is cooled by a continuous or carousel cooling system, to enable the production of nanoparticles.

  • Patent number: 9120101
Abstract: A method and device for reusing materials and/or products by pulsed power according to which a series of electrical discharges are generated between at least two electrodes in a reactor containing an ambient liquid as well as the materials and/or products to be reused. The energy of the electric discharges, the voltage between the electrodes, the switching time and the frequency of the discharges are selected such that said discharges generate electric arcs that pass through the materials and/or products to be reused, and mechanical shock waves that propagate across the materials and/or products to be treated in the reactor. The result is fragmentation, pulverisation, dispersion and separation of the elements that make up the materials and/or products to be reused.
