Patent number: 9776772Abstract: A bayonet connection structure between a container mouth portion and a cap is disclosed. The cap includes multiple slip prevention claws spaced apart from each other. One of the slip prevention claws is elastically displaceable in a radial direction. A rotation prevention projection is provided between the elastically-displaceable slip prevention claw and the other slip prevention claws. The mouth portion has a hollow cylindrical portion with an outer circumferential surface provided with multiple slip prevention claw (SPC) engagement portions for the slip prevention claws. The SPC engagement portions are as many as the slip prevention claws. Each of the SPC engagement portions has an end in a clockwise direction provided with a rotation prevention stopper. The mouth portion includes a rotation prevention rib to be got over by the rotation prevention projection of the cap when the cap is rotated.Type: GrantFiled: May 11, 2012Date of Patent: October 3, 2017Assignee: CANYON CO., LTD.Inventors: Atsushi Tada, Mitsuaki Shaduki

Patent number: 8066155Abstract: A trigger-type pump dispenser capable of preventing deformation of a channel of a coupling part when a piston is vertically pushed down by a trigger even in a structure in which the coupling part bends and a nozzle does not vertically move. The dispenser has a base main body 1 having the cylinder part 11 inside and attachable to an opening part of a container main body. A cover body 4 detachably latched with the base main body. A piston structure 2 composed of the nozzle part 21 engaged with the base main body, the piston part 23, and a bendable coupling part coupling the nozzle part and the piston part. Many fins 22A are formed on the periphery of the coupling part 22 so that an interior channel is not deformed.Type: GrantFiled: December 13, 2007Date of Patent: November 29, 2011Assignee: Canyon Co., Ltd.Inventor: Tetsuya Tada

Patent number: 6669061Abstract: A pump dispenser which precisely transmits trigger motion and enables stable operation of a piston section. The manually operable pump dispenser is mounted on a vessel wherein the liquid contained in the cylinder section is compressed with a piston section by the displacement of a trigger structure and is ejected through a nozzle orifice. The dispenser includes a base body fixed on the vessel orifice via a packing structure, a cylinder section and a vent cylinder section formed adjacent to each other on the base body, and a trigger structure including a trigger section, a valve casing section mounted on the base body, and a trigger guide section oscillating in the vent cylinder section.Type: GrantFiled: December 7, 2001Date of Patent: December 30, 2003Assignee: Canyon Co., Ltd.Inventor: Tetsuya Tada
