Abstract: A dietary supplement is disclosed which comprises: 3 to 8% Vitamin C by weight; 1 to 3% Vitamin E or Vitamin E acetate; and 10 to 29% of a magnesium salt of a fatty acid acyl lactylate. The magnesium salts of the fatty acid acyl lactylate are fat-soluble and permit excellent absorption of magnesium in the human body.
