Publication number: 20170176231Abstract: The dosing device consists, for example, of a closure, having a closure body (1) with sealing closing means (7), which can be placed in a sealing manner on the connector. The metering means of the closure consist of just two components. There is first, seated securely in the closure body (1), a hollow cup (4) having, on the bottom side of the cup (4), a window (12) arranged in its side wall. The second component is a cap-shaped metering piston (10) having, on the upper side of the cap, a projection (5) which extends in the axial direction. This metering piston (10) with projection (5) fits into the cup (4), wherein its projection (5) covers and closes the window (12). The metering piston (10) is able to move axially in the cup (4) and its projection (5) is able to pivot to a limited degree toward the outer side of the window (12). In the pivoted-out state, it forms, together with the cup (4), an open valve which is otherwise closed.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2015Publication date: June 22, 2017Applicant: Capartis AGInventor: Herbert Wohlgenannt

Patent number: 8453858Abstract: A closure cap for containers has a cap mantle, a circular head portion with a central axis and a pivoting member (4). The cap mantle extends in the same general direction as the central axis, and in which, the cap mantle has a ripping-open-section extending circumferentially with respect thereto. The pivoting member (4) is attached to the ripping-open-section and extends in the same general direction as the central axis. Towards the head portion, the ripping-open-section comprises a thin region, which extends circumferentially with respect to the central axis and which forms a rotational axis. The pivoting member comprises a stop member, which extends in the same general direction as the central axis at least up to the rotational axis. The form of the stop member and its relative, spaced position with respect to the head portion are such that pivoting of the pivoting member around the rotational axis causes the stop member to lie against the head portion.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2008Date of Patent: June 4, 2013Assignee: Capartis AGInventor: Herbert Wohlgenannt

Patent number: 7775400Abstract: Disclosed is a rotatable, reclosable closure (1) comprises a base (2) and a cap (3) which is mounted so as to be twistable about a common axis of rotation (D) relative to the base (2). The base (2) encompasses an outer sleeve (2a) that extends coaxial to the axis of rotation (D) and is provided with a laterally protruding spout (2b). The cap (3) is fitted with an inner sleeve (3a) that runs coaxial to the axis of rotation (D) and is disposed inside the outer sleeve (2a). The inner sleeve and outer sleeve (3a, 2a) are designed in a mutually adapted manner such that the closure (1) features a first defined rotary position (R1) in which the interior space of the outer sleeve (2a) extending into the spout (2b) is sealed by the inner sleeve (3a) while the closure (1) features a second defined rotary position (R2) in which the inner sleeve (3a) at least partly unblocks the interior space of the outer sleeve (2a) towards the spout (2b).Type: GrantFiled: July 6, 2006Date of Patent: August 17, 2010Assignee: Capartis AGInventors: Herbert Wohlgenannt, Stefan Gaul
