Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for verifying the accuracy of reported information. The systems and methods may include generating a hash based on ingredient data related to the creation of a report, storing the hash and the ingredients in a database, the hash being associated with the ingredient data in the database, and outputting the report, the report including the hash. Furthermore, the systems and methods may include receiving an input, the input being based on a first hash of ingredient data related to the creation of the report and determining if the database contains a record corresponding to the input. Moreover, the systems and methods may include outputting information contained in the record corresponding to the input if it was determined that the database contains the record corresponding to the input, the information contained in the record comprising the ingredient data.

Abstract: A server device obtains historical transaction data regarding transactions involving a network service, obtains historical calendar data regarding static date information for a historical time period that corresponds with the historical transaction data, and processes the historical transaction data and historical calendar data to train a machine learning model using a gradient boosting machine learning technique to predict a normal transaction volume for a period of time and confidence bands associated with the normal transaction volume. The server device generates the normal transaction volume for the period of time and confidence bands using the machine learning model, obtains real-time data concerning a transaction volume during the period of time, detects a transaction volume anomaly based on comparing the real-time data and normal transaction volume and confidence bands, and sends an alert, based on the transaction volume anomaly, to cause a remote device to display the alert and perform an action.

Abstract: Systems and methods for pre-validating a digital image of an identification (ID) card (e.g., a government-issued passport, driver's license, etc.) are disclosed. A mobile computing device captures image(s) of an ID card. In response, a pre-validation system in communication with the mobile computing device analyzes one or more quality features of the image(s), which includes determining, utilizing a trained neural network (trained using a dataset including images that have been accepted by a post-validation platform and images that have been rejected by the post-validation platform) and based on the one or more quality features, whether at least a first image of the captured image(s) is usable by a remote post-validation process. Responsive to the determining that the at least a first image is usable, the mobile computing device transmits the first image to a remote server for post-validation of the identification card.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and media for real-time processing of event-based streaming with NoSQL databases are provided. For example, disclosed embodiments may include receiving an event associated with an update to an entry in a first database. Also, disclose embodiments may include identifying, based on the event, relevant data in the first database associated with the update. Further, disclose embodiments may include generating a plurality of queries to the first database to request the identified relevant data. Disclose embodiments may also include receiving, in response to the plurality of queries, raw data from the first database. Additionally, disclose embodiments may include processing the raw data to be compatible with a second database. Disclose embodiments may also include storing the processed raw data in the second database. And, disclosed embodiments may include receiving data requests for the second database to distribute the processed data to at least one computer terminal.

Abstract: A device receives a communication associated with a support issue encountered by a user, and receives information identifying one or more self-support actions performed by the user in relation to the support issue. The device assigns the communication to a position in a support queue. The support queue includes information identifying positions of other communications received from other users, when the other communications are received, and self-support actions performed by the other users. The device associates the information identifying the one or more self-support actions with information identifying the position of the communication, and applies respective weights to the one or more self-support actions. The device generates a score for the communication based on applying the respective weights, and modifies the position of the communication based on the score. The device performs one or more actions based on modifying the position of the communication.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques of creating or managing one or more virtual services using at least one application programming interface (API). At a plugin layer, a plugin integrator programmatically interfaces with and integrates one or more virtualization tools. The plugin integrator may be programmatically interfaced with the at least one API. At least one proxy agent may be used to run or consumer the one or more virtual services. The at least one API and the at least one proxy agent may be implemented in an abstraction layer.

Abstract: A processor of a transaction server may receive an authorization request prior to the authorization request being processed by a payment authorization system. The processor may identify at least one alternative to the authorization request being processed by the payment authorization system. The processor may receive a command to process the authorization request by the payment authorization system or to apply the at least one alternative. The processor may process the authorization request according to the command.

Abstract: A secure smart card is described. The smart card can include a processor, a memory and a transceiver. The smart card can communicate with various terminals and store a digital signature and other information on the card. Another terminal can validate the information stored on the smart card using the digital signature. In certain embodiments, the terminal can also validate the information by using a blockchain. The advanced design of the smart card obviates the need for a network connection.

Abstract: A device receives a transaction request concerning a transaction and a transaction card from a transaction terminal, and determines, based on the transaction request, information concerning the transaction card. The device sends, based on the transaction request and to a user device, a query concerning possession of the transaction card by a user of the user device, where the query includes an instruction for the user to confirm possession of the transaction card via a component of the user device. The device receives, from the user device and after sending the query to the user device, a response concerning possession of the transaction card by the user, and determines, based on the response and the information concerning the transaction card, whether the user has possession of the transaction card. The device performs, based on determining whether the user has possession of the transaction card, at least one action.

Abstract: This disclosure pertains to a dynamic pipeline for processing images. The pipeline can receive inventory data or records from an upstream process. These records can include one or more URLs for images relating to a product listing or any other listing. An orchestration layer of the pipeline can carry these records through a series of processes or steps. Each step can be performed by a cluster in the pipeline. Individual task workers in each cluster can pick up each record, perform the task assigned to the cluster, and pass the record to the next step.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally related to a system and method of authenticating a user with a third party server. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed herein. A computing system receives, from a remote client device of the user, a token. The token includes personal identification information and a digitized file of a biometric captured by a biometric scanner. The computing system identifies via the personal identification information that the user has a user account. The computing system queries a database with the personal identification information and the digitized file to determine whether the biometric matches a stored biometric in the user account. Upon determining that the biometric matches the stored biometric, the computing system generates a message to be transmitted to the third party server that authenticates the user. The computing system transmits the message to the third party server.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosed technology include systems and methods that can establish a communication link with a customer device, can receive call information from the customer device, can retrieve a customer profile based on a comparison of the call information to stored call information, and can save the customer profile as temporary profile data. Embodiments can receive identifying information from the customer device and, responsive to determining, based on a comparison of the identifying information to the temporary profile data, that the communication link is authenticated, connect the communication link to an authenticated call path. Responsive to determining that a predetermined amount of time has elapsed without determining that the communication link is authenticated, embodiments can determine that the communication link is unauthenticated and can connect the communication link to an unauthenticated call path and delete the temporary profile data.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to system modeling, and more particularly to systems and methods for modeling computer resource metrics. In one embodiment, a processor-implemented computer resource metric modeling method is disclosed. The method may include detecting one or more statistical trends in aggregated interaction data for one or more interaction types, and mapping each interaction type to one or more devices facilitating the transactions. The method may further include generating one or more linear regression models of a relationship between device utilization and interaction volume, and calculating one or more diagnostic statistics for the one or more linear regression models. A subset of the linear regression models may be filtered out based on the one or more diagnostic statistics. One or more forecasts may be generated using the remaining linear regression models, using which a report may be generated and provided.

An identity of the user can be determined based on the user identification data. A password for the user can be determined. A modified keyboard configuration associated with the user can be determined. A request can be transmitted to the remote computing device for the password for the user based on the modified keyboard configuration. A modified password from the remote computing device can be received. A converted password based on the modified password and the modified keyboard configuration can be determined. The converted password can be compared to the password for the user. The user can be authorized when the converted password matches the password for the user.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to devices and methods relating to an optimized electronic transaction card where various data inputs associated with a dynamic transaction card optimize operational configurations and/or a user experience of the dynamic transaction card to extend an energy storage life of the dynamic transaction card, promote various behaviors, and/or detect system and/or device defects. A dynamic transaction card may include a dynamic transaction card with various configuration and/or functionality that use the power components (e.g., printed circuit board (PCB), energy storage component, battery, and/or the like) of the dynamic transaction card. Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for providing peer-based management of user accounts are described. In one embodiment, for example, an apparatus may include at least one memory and logic coupled to the at least one memory. The logic may be configured to receive a request from at least one first user account to unlock a second user account locked responsive to a fraud event, determine a safe authentication value for the fraud event, and unlock the second user account responsive to the at least one first user account being a safe authentication account and the safe authentication value being over a safe authentication threshold value. Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to copying data to a clipboard of a mobile device from a contactless card using NFC. A mobile device may issue a request to read data from the contactless card. The contactless card may generate encrypted data in response to the request. The mobile device may receive the encrypted data via NFC and transmit the encrypted data to a server for verification. The server may verify the encrypted data and transmit an indication of an account number for the contactless card to the mobile device. The mobile device may then copy the account number to a clipboard of the mobile device.
