Abstract: Aspects described provide systems and methods that relate generally to image analysis and, more specifically, overlaying images onto a three-dimensional model of a vehicle. The systems and methods include a vehicle application that receives vehicle information via a user interface. The vehicle application receives a plurality of images that comprise images of one or more internal components of the vehicle and images of one or more external components of the vehicle. The vehicle application utilizes a machine learning model to classify actual current images and attach, overlay, and wrap the actual current images to a three-dimensional model of the vehicle. The machine learning model and vehicle application meshes the actual current images around the three-dimensional model of the vehicle to create a three-dimensional view of the vehicle. The vehicle application further displays via the user interface the three-dimensional view of the vehicle.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally related to a method and system for customizing a customer experience. In one embodiment, a method is provided herein. A computing system receives from a computing device positioned in a facility one or more video streams. The one or more video streams capture a customer in the facility. The computing system identifying an identity of the customer by parsing the one or more video streams to identify one or more audio or visual cues of the customer. The computing system determines, based on the identity of the customer, that the customer has one or more previous transactions at the facility. The computing system predicts, based on the one or more previous transactions, a new transaction at the facility. The computing system notifies the computing device positioned in the facility in preparation of the new transaction.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method that includes receiving profile data associated with a user, the profile data comprising a first phone number, receiving browsing data from a user device associated with the user, storing the browsing data with a store time, receiving a phone call from the first phone number at a call time, identifying the user from the first phone number, retrieving the browsing data, determining whether the store time is within a time threshold of the call time and whether the browsing data comprises trigger data. When the browsing data comprises the trigger data and the store time is within the time threshold of the call time, generate a customized audio IVR menu based on the browsing data and present the customized audio IVR menu to the user over the phone call.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for determining one or more incentives for a user. For example, a method that may include: receiving a selection of an objective from among a plurality of objectives from a user via a client device; presenting, based on the selected objective, one or more incentives from among a plurality of incentives to the user, the plurality of incentives being based on a machine learning model trained to determine the plurality of incentives based on past purchases; receiving a selection of at least one of the one or more incentives from the user via the client device; and determining whether to allocate the selected one or more incentives based on a performance of the user.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for improvements in cloud services by sharing estimated and actual usage data of cloud services recipients with the cloud services provider. The sharing of this data allows the cloud services provider to better apportion cloud resources between multiple cloud services recipients. By analyzing information included in the shared data (e.g., information about one or more applications that use the cloud resources), the cloud services provider may categorize the applications and/or the functions of those applications into authorized and unauthorized uses, the determination of which, is used to further efficiently apportion the cloud services resources.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for transition-coded media, measuring engagement of transition-coded media, and distribution of components of transition-coded media. For instance, the method may include: obtaining a media file; determining whether the media file includes transition-coded media; in response to determining the media file includes the transition-coded media, setting up a dynamic media environment; detecting whether a user is interacting with the transition-coded media; and in response to detecting the user is interacting with the transition-coded media, executing the transition-coded media with the dynamic media environment.

Abstract: Systems as described herein may include authorizing the sharing of data and sharing data between a variety of systems. A request to share data may be provided to a first system. The system may create sharing session data on a distributed ledger accessible by a number of systems. Sharing session data may be stored using a transaction stored on a distributed ledger. A second system may obtain the sharing session account and verify the sharing session. On verification of the sharing session, a variety of data may be shared between the systems identified in the sharing session data. The sharing session data may be established between two or more systems. The distributed ledger may be maintained by the systems themselves and/or a distributed network system. In a variety of embodiments, encrypted data may be stored and/or obtained using the distributed ledger.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described for improvements to authentication processes. For example, conventional systems may rely on password authentication or contact-based alternative authentication techniques that are impractical or infeasible in sensitive medical environments, during pandemics, or fail meet the health and safety needs of an increasingly health-conscious public. In contrast, the described solutions provide an improvement over conventional authentication systems and methods by enabling user authentication via contactless physiological biometric authentication processes, behavioral authentication processes, and passive data authentication processes, that do not require a user to remove personal protective equipment.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may provide detection of a feature of an authorization code image (ACI) incorporated onto a document, thereby allowing for validation of the document. According to some aspects, these and other benefits may be achieved by an instance of a variable protocol that may specify how to generate the ACI to have a particular feature as well as how to detect the particular feature of the ACI. A recipient of the document incorporating the ACI may detect the particular feature of the ACI. If the detected feature matches an expected feature, then the ACI and the document may be determined to be authentic.

Abstract: Product offering systems are provided. Product offering systems may include sending an offer to a customer that possesses a mobile computing device and has agreed to receive offers for products via the mobile computing device. Agreeing to receive offers would result in the unique data about the customer being available to offer provider. Unique customer data may include data related to the customers wireless service provider or from a financial account in a financial institution, and collecting customer data about the customer, wherein the customer data comprises financial data and personal data. Product offering systems may further include registering a wireless computing device of the customer to able the device to receive the offer, and determining opportunities to send the offer to the customer by monitoring the customer and the customer data. Product offering systems may also include sending the offer to the customer's registered device based on the determination of opportunities.

In an embodiment, a method can include presenting, via a user device, at least one of a plurality of search filters or a plurality of website records. Further, the method can include receiving, via a touch screen interface of the user device, a user gesture comprising a graphical representation of a search filter input, the user gesture being provided over at least one of a search filter of the plurality of search filters or a website record of the plurality of website records. Additionally, the method can include determining the search filter input from the user gesture, filtering the plurality of web site records based on the search filter input, and presenting, via the user device, a filtered plurality of website records.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed are directed to a computing system that performs steps to automatically identify risk control features and entities in a risk control document. The computing system regenerates, by a semantic prediction machine learning (ML) model, phrases in a risk control document. The computing system then classifies, by the semantic prediction ML model, risk control features associated with the regenerated phrases. Subsequently, the computing system corrects, by a discriminative natural language processing (NLP) model, the classified risk control features based on the phrases and the regenerated phrases.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems, methods, and techniques for managing merchandising cards. A merchandising card may be, for example, a gift card, loyalty card, or the like. Consistent disclosed embodiments, a system for managing merchandising cards may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to acquire, from a device over a network, a plurality of locations associated with the device, the device locations being acquired at different instances in time within a predetermined period of time. Additionally, the one or more processors may be configured to calculate an overall merchant confidence rating for a merchant using the device locations. Further, the one or more processors may be configured to, based on the overall merchant confidence rating, determine that the merchant matches a merchant that is associated with merchandising card, and send a reminder a user of the device.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for authenticating a user by generating a customized set of authentication questions based on spending patterns that are automatically detected and extracted from user data. The user data may include transaction data collected over a period of time that may indicate the types of merchants that a user frequently transacts with. By automatically detecting user patterns that correspond to user behavior over a period of time, an authentication system may be able to generate authentication questions about those spending patterns that are easily answerable to an authentic user but difficult to guess or circumvent for any other user.

The application is configured to determine a capability associated with the contactless card after a first entry into a communication field. The application is configured to request additional information based on the determination. The one or more applets are configured to transmit, to the application, a generated tokenized link after a second entry into the communication field based on the requested additional information. The application is configured to transmit the link to obtain the requested additional information.
