Abstract: A device may determine that a user has a threshold level of interest in a type of product. The device may receive an image of a face of the user, may perform a facial recognition analysis of the image, and may determine identification information of the user based on the facial recognition analysis. The device may identify account information associated with the user based on the identification information and may identify a product in an inventory that is associated with the type of product. The device may perform a preauthorization process associated with a transaction involving the product and the user based on the account information, and may perform an action associated with the transaction based on the preauthorization process.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for identifying resources responsible for events. In one embodiment, a method may include determining a number of unique actors in a plurality of actors that have accessed the resource. The method may further include identifying from the plurality of actors a set of affected actors that has been affected by an event and identifying from the set of affected actors a subset of resource-affected actors that accessed the resource prior to being affected by the event. The method may further include determining a number of resource-affected actors in the subset of resource-affected actors and, based on the number of unique actors and the number of resource-affected actors, determining an event score for the resource. The event score may be a lower bound of a confidence interval of a binomial proportion of the number of resource-affected actors to the number of unique actors.

The message management system can apply a predictive model to generate a broadcast event message for transmission over the network to solicit message requests for entry into a bidding process. The bidding process can be associated with an event in the region and a bidding timeframe. The message management system can receive message requests for the event during the bidding timeframe, and select one of the message requests from a selected requestor after the expiration of the bidding timeframe. The message management system can receive an event message from the selected requestor. The message management system can present the event message via the communication service. The event message can be provided at an access point for the Wi-Fi service.

For example, the system may obtain an input activity log and generate an activity log transformation. The system may input the activity log transformation into a vector encoding model to obtain a first output vector encoding. The system may input the first output vector encoding into a contrastive machine learning model to obtain a first matching vector encoding. The system may access a first plurality of vector encodings from a communication database. Based on comparing each vector encoding in the first plurality of vector encodings with the first matching vector encoding, the system may generate the matching communication.

Abstract: Systems and methods for a novel architecture to support always-on applications and/or models suffering drift in their results. The system may comprise one or more servers that are configured to track the historical behavior of incoming request data for a model and/or redirect the request as needed using parallel data domains. The one or more servers may maintain and update a catalog of potential data domains that partitions the historically received data. One partition may comprise data output from a current model. Another partition may comprise detected outliers in the data. In the case of drift, outliers, and/or anomalies in the incoming data, the system may return an error signal that causes data to be duplicated into a new data domain.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for processing electronic messages. A processing system may be used to facilitate the processing. The system may receive a plurality of electronic messages associated with a user and may input electronic messages into a machine learning model to obtain electronic messages that contain authorization packages for entities, wherein the machine learning model is trained to identify electronic messages that contain authorization packages. The system may determine based on the electronic messages an authorization package comprising a token identifier, and entity identification data identifying an entity. The system may determine an application programming interface for communicating with an entity device and user identification data used by the user to access the entity device. The system may then transmit a command for executing a first operation at the entity device, wherein the command includes the user identification data and the authorization package.

Abstract: A method and related system of operations include obtaining, from a client computing device, a request comprising a request header field that is populated with a first domain name and updating the request by modifying the request header field to comprise a second domain name. The method further includes sending the updated request to a server, receiving a response comprising a response header, and updating the response by modifying a response header field of the response header to indicate the first domain name as an origin domain of the response. The method further includes sending the updated response to the client computing device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for applying padding (e.g., a scale factor) to a detected object (e.g., a rotated rectangle or other shape) in an image before rotation correction is applied. By applying the padding prior to the rotation correction, the system is more efficient as rotation correction may be performed simultaneously with other processing tasks such as cropping and downscaling. For example, by applying padding first, the system is able to keep rotation correction, cropping, and/or downscaling as a single step, which is quicker and more efficient.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described for generating dynamic interface options using machine learning models. The dynamic interface options may be generated in real time and reflect the likely goals and/or intents of a user. The machine learning model may provide these features by interpreting multi-modal feature inputs. For example, the machine learning model may include a first machine learning model, wherein the first machine learning model comprises a convolutional neural network, and a second machine learning model, wherein the second machine learning model performs a Weight of Evidence (WOE) analysis.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for determining data quality using data reconstruction models. The system receives a dataset including entries and features and generates a machine learning model for each feature of the dataset. Each model may be trained to generate predictions for a corresponding feature based on other features of the dataset. The system may input, into each model, values of the other features to obtain prediction values for the corresponding feature. For a subset of entries for which a difference between the predicted and actual values of the corresponding feature satisfies a threshold, the system may determine relative impacts of the other features on the corresponding feature. The system may then transmit, to a user, a subset of the other features having relative impacts that meet a feature impact threshold.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method to enable short-range wireless communication via a webpage on a computing device includes receiving, via a web-browser executing on the computing device, from the webpage, a first request to execute a computer-executable instruction, the computer-executable instruction requests data from an enterprise server. The method also includes triggering, in response to a second request from the enterprise server to authenticate the first request, the web-browser to execute a predetermined computer program. The method also includes scanning, by the predetermined computer program a cryptogram from a contactless card to authenticate the cryptogram and cause the enterprise server to send the data. The method also includes executing, via the web-browser, the computer-executable instruction from the first request in response to receiving the data sent by the enterprise server.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments relate to a smart video conference environment. A live video of a conference participant can be segmented into a foreground, including the participant, and a background that excludes the participant. The background can be replaced by a virtual background determined based on one or more factors. The factors can include context data acquired from a calendar, content based on the context data, and transaction history. Further, interaction amongst conference participants can be monitored and utilized to update the background in one instance based on topics of conversation. Interactive content presented in the virtual background permits interaction by participants with the background. Furthermore, content can also be overlaid on the participant and the background in one instance.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to a transaction exchange platform using a streaming data platform (SDP) and microservices to process transactions according to review and approval workflows. The transaction exchange platform may receive transactions from origination sources, which may be added to the SDP as transaction objects. As the transactions are processed, the transactions may require access to a resource (e.g., a key value in a database). A microservice processing the transaction may request, from a locking microservice, a lock for the resource. The locking microservice may query a local cache to determine whether a lock exists for the resource. If the local cache determines that no lock exists for resource, the locking mechanism may employ a consensus protocol to obtain a lock for the resource from a plurality of clusters. If consensus is reached, a lock for the resource may be granted to the requesting microservice.

The web browser may receive, from the web server via, the web page and metadata of a plurality of candidate advertisements, the plurality of candidate advertisements determined based on a master machine learning (ML) model. A client ML model executing in the web browser may process the received metadata, the client ML model trained based on prior interactions between one or more users of the web browser and a plurality of previously displayed advertisements. The client ML model may determine based on the processing, a first candidate advertisement of the plurality of candidate advertisements to display in the web browser with the received web page.
