Abstract: Logic may adjust communications between customers. Logic may cluster customers into a first group associated with a first subset of synonyms and a second group associated with a second subset of the synonyms. Logic may associate a first tag with the first group and with each of the synonyms of the first subset. Logic may associate a second tag with the second group and with each of the synonyms of the second subset. Logic may associate one or more models with pairs of the groups. A first pair may comprise the first group and the second group. The first model associated with the first pair may adjust words in communications between the first group and the second group, based on the synonyms associated with the first pair, by replacement of words in a communication between customers of the first subset and customers of the second sub set.

Abstract: A device may obtain a first image depicting contents included in a secure storage container at a first point in time and first user account data associated with the secure storage container. The device may store the first image in a data structure associated with the first user account data. In addition, the device may receive data indicating that an individual associated with a second user account accessed the secure storage container, and receive a second image depicting contents included in the secure storage container at a second point in time. The second image may be stored in the data structure. The device may further receive, from a user device associated with the first user account data, a request to access the data structure, and the device may provide, to the user device, data that causes display of the second image.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for enabling mobile device-based item acquisition and tracking. One exemplary method performed on a mobile device comprises entering a wireless scan mode, detecting a signal from a tag associated with an item in a first area and in proximity to the tag, presenting information associated with the tag, and adding the information to a list. The method further comprises detecting a second tag in a second area, and sending the list to a second device. A second exemplary method performed by a processing terminal comprises receiving the list from a mobile device, entering a wireless scan mode, detecting a signal from a tag associated with an item in proximity to the tag, determining whether the item associated with the detected tag is present on the received list, and enabling the mobile device to complete a transaction to purchase the item.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing server loads that accounts for various measures of risk associated with different workloads assigned to servers. The systems and methods may include a memory storing instructions for server load management operations, and a processor configured to execute the stored instructions. The processor may receive a workload, determine a value associated with the workload indicating a predetermined importance of the workload, receive information for a plurality of active servers in a server cluster associated with the processor, determine risk levels associated with the active servers based on the received information, and assign the received workload to one of the active servers based on the determined value and the determined risk levels.

The control component and the magnetic reader element may be associated with a card reader device of a transaction device, and the magnetic reader element may be configured to read a magnetic strip of a transaction card. The method may include receiving, from the magnetic reader element, a reader connection signal from the reader connection. The reader connection signal may include the noise signal. The method may include extracting, from the reader connection signal, a card information signal associated with the transaction card from the magnetic strip. The card information signal may be extracted based on the noise signal. The method may include performing an action associated with the card information signal.

Abstract: A transaction card includes a first full thickness portion and a second, reduced thickness portion. Each of the first and second portions includes a top surface and an opposing bottom surface spaced from the top surface by a thickness of the card. The first, full thickness portion includes an extent of the card that remains exposed when the card is inserted into a pocket of a card-carrying case, and a feature deviating from a flat region along at least one of the top surface and the opposing bottom surface of the card. The feature is configured for tactile engagement to facilitate removal of the card from the pocket.

The vehicle analysis platform perform an action associated with the vehicle based on the image score and the operational score.

Abstract: A method for providing a locked electronic item includes receiving a selection of an electronic lock and the electronic item from a first computing device associated with a sender. The electronic lock includes a lock clue and a lock solution. The method includes determining an answer input field configuration that includes a number of input boxes and spaces that may be arranged to correspond to the lock solution. The method includes transmitting the lock clue and the input field configuration to a second computing device associated with a recipient for display by the second computing device and receiving an attempted lock solution from the second computing device. The method further includes transmitting the electronic item to the second computing device for display or use by the second computing device in response to determining that the attempted lock solution matches the lock solution.

These materials may be conductive to provide functionality to a dynamic transaction card, such as a connection between an integrated circuit and other card components such that when the materials dissolve, the connections are broken and the dynamic transaction card may be inactive due to the loss of various connections.

Abstract: A device receives, from a user device, a communication associated with a support issue encountered by a user of the user device and assigns the communication to a position in a support queue based on when the communication is received, wherein the support queue includes data identifying positions of other communications received from other users, and data identifying when the other communications were received. The device processes data identifying the communication and historical communication data describing prior communications associated with the user, with a model, to determine an average time spent on hold by the user for the prior communications. The device modifies the position of the communication in the support queue based on the average time and performs one or more actions based on modifying the position of the communication in the support queue.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments for providing finite state machine driven workflows. In an embodiment, a workflow template is defined for a type of task. The workflow template may represent a finite state machine. The workflow template may be linked to an external party and an asset type, which may be stored in a workflow database. An asset may be received from the external party including an external party attribute identifying the external party, an asset type attribute, and an owner attribute. The owner attribute may be associated with an application end user. A determination may be made whether the external party attribute and the asset type attribute of the asset match the external party and the asset type linked to the workflow template. If a match is determined, instances of the task and the one or more actions of the workflow template may be created.

Abstract: Systems as described herein may include authorizing the sharing of data and sharing data between a variety of systems. A request to share data may be provided to a first system. The system may create sharing session data on a distributed ledger accessible by a number of systems. Sharing session data may be stored using a transaction stored on a distributed ledger. A second system may obtain the sharing session account and verify the sharing session. On verification of the sharing session, a variety of data may be shared between the systems identified in the sharing session data. The sharing session data may be established between two or more systems. The distributed ledger may be maintained by the systems themselves and/or a distributed network system. In a variety of embodiments, encrypted data may be stored and/or obtained using the distributed ledger.
