Abstract: A device receives call data associated with a conference call between a plurality of users. The call data includes at least two of: data identifying each of the plurality of users, data identifying user activity associated with at least one user in the plurality of users, and conference call metadata associated with the conference call. The call muting platform receives voice data associated with the conference call. The voice data is associated with at least one vocal utterance associated with the plurality of users. The call muting platform provides the call data and the voice data to a second device, and receives mute data from the second device. The mute data indicates whether to mute or un-mute a particular user of the plurality of users.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include methods, systems, and computer-readable media configured to provide wearable devices storing tokens associated with digital versions of physical documents/cards. The wearable devices may further transfer tokens securely to interested parties without Bluetooth® or other network connectivity beyond NFC radio. In some embodiments, a token vault operator system may receive a request to establish a token vault account for a user, authenticate an identity of the user based at least on the received request, and generating a token vault ID associated with the user. The token vault operator system may further configure access to data sets generated for and associated with the token vault ID, generate tokens associated with the token vault ID, each token corresponding to one of the one or more data sets, and provide the generated plurality of tokens associated with the token vault ID to at least one user device.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for providing searchable customer call indexes. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a system may receive call information associated with telephone conversations between callers and a vendor, the call information including an audio recording or transcript for each telephone conversation. The system may also identify one or more keywords from the audio recordings or transcripts and index the call information into one or more indexes based on the identified keywords. Finally, the system may determine search results responsive to a search query based on the indexing. In some embodiments, changes to customer service may be identified based on the search results.

Abstract: A transaction card may determine to initiate a mode associated with the transaction card. The mode may be related to locating the transaction card. The mode may be associated with outputting a first signal. The transaction card may determine a manner in which to configure the mode based on a set of parameters. The set of parameters may include a power level of the transaction card, or a strength of a second signal associated with a connection between the transaction card and a device associated with the transaction card. The transaction card may initiate the mode after configuring the mode. The transaction card may determine to terminate the mode based on an indication that the transaction card has been located.

Abstract: A device receives, from a user device, plan information that identifies a plan for an event and includes information identifying an account associated with the plan, plan items of the plan, and priorities and preferences associated with the plan items, where the user device is associated with a user of the account and the plan. The device receives transaction information identifying transactions associated with the account, and processes the plan information and the transaction information, with a first model, to identify transactions related to the plan. The device processes information associated with the particular plan item, the plan information, and the transaction information, with a second model, to determine recommendations for the plan, where the information associated with the particular plan item includes information identifying a priority and a preference associated with the particular plan item. The device provides information indicating the recommendations to the user device.

Abstract: A method for providing a gift includes receiving gift information comprising data indicative of a gift type, a maximum gift amount, a gift recipient, and a first financial account from a first computing device associated with a gifter and via a software application. The first financial account being associated with the gifter and the gift recipient having preregistered user account with the software application. The method includes identifying one or more recipient financial accounts associated with the gift recipient including at least a second financial account. The method includes identifying a gift-eligible transaction that is associated with the second financial account by monitoring transaction data associated with the one or more recipient financial accounts. The method includes transmitting a gift notification to a second computing device and outputting an instruction to initiate a transfer of a gift amount from the first financial account to the second financial account.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems, methods, and techniques for managing merchandising cards. A merchandising card may be, for example, a gift card, loyalty card, or the like. Consistent disclosed embodiments, a system for managing merchandising cards may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to acquire, from a device over a network, a plurality of locations associated with the device, the device locations being acquired at different instances in time within a predetermined period of time. Additionally, the processor may be configured to calculate a merchant confidence rating for a merchant using the device locations. Further, the one or more processors may be configured to, based on the merchant confidence rating, determine that the merchant matches a merchant that is associated with merchandising card, and send a reminder a user of the device.

Abstract: Cloud-based methods and systems for content sharing are disclosed. In some embodiments, the systems may include one or more processors configured to: receive, from a client device, an instruction for sharing a designated digital asset; retrieve the designated digital asset from a storage device; determine provenance of the designated digital asset based on metadata of the designated digital asset; generate authentication information based on the provenance of the designated digital asset; identify sensitive information in the designated digital asset; generate a redacted version of the designated digital asset by modifying content of the designated digital asset to alter the identified sensitive information; and provide the redacted version and authentication information of the designated digital asset to a recipient of the designated digital asset.

Abstract: A dynamic transaction card with EuroPay-Mastercard-Visa (“EMV”) technology that includes an EMV interface connecting EMV contacts and an EMV processor to enable a multifunctional dynamic transaction card. A method of manufacturing a dynamic transaction card with an EMV interface connecting EMV contacts and an EMV processor. A dynamic transaction card with an EMV interface may be manufactured using a separate printed circuit board (PCB) layout with EMV contact patterns placed into the top surface of a molding to create the dynamic transaction card. The edges of the EMV contact patterns would be incorporated through holes, which are trimmed to scallops, to allow for surface mounting. The EMV interface may then include a connection between the EMV contact patterns and the EMV microprocessor such that the EMV microprocessor does not have to be placed directly beneath the EMV contact patterns.

Abstract: A device may receive, from a user device, a transaction request associated with a first entity and identify a distributed ledger associated with the first entity, the distributed ledger including a set of blocks recording work data associated with the first entity. The set of blocks may include: a first subset of blocks including data specifying work performed by the first entity, and a second subset of blocks including data verifying a portion of the work performed by the first entity and specified by the data included in the first subset of blocks. The device may determine that a transaction, associated with the transaction request, is associated with the first subset of blocks and the second subset of blocks. Based on predetermined instructions that correspond to the transaction and the distributed ledger, the device may perform the transaction.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for managing workload among server clusters is disclosed. According to certain embodiments, the system may include a memory storing instructions and a processor. The processor may be configured to execute the instructions to determine historical behaviors of the server clusters in processing a workload. The processor may also be configured to execute the instructions to construct cost models for the server clusters based at least in part on the historical behaviors. The cost model is configured to predict a processor utilization demand of a workload. The processor may further be configured to execute the instructions to receive a workload and determine efficiencies of processing the workload by the server clusters based at least in part on at least one of the cost models or an execution plan of the workload.

The method includes storing a pressurized substance, receiving an activation signal at a spray delivery device, and releasing the pressurized substance in response to the received activation signal.

Abstract: Various aspects described herein generally relate to visualizing a vehicle history using extended reality. In some implementations, an extended reality device may obtain image data corresponding to one or more vehicle parts that are visible in a field of view of the extended reality device. The extended reality device may identify one or more anchor points in a coordinate space corresponding to the field of view of the extended reality device and obtain a vehicle history report based on an identifier associated with the vehicle. The extended reality device may obtain digital content based on one or more records contained in the vehicle history report and an expected visual appearance of the one or more parts of the vehicle. The extended reality device may render the digital content on a display of the extended reality device. Various other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for calculating a savings amount for loan refinancing. According to one implementation, a method includes displaying a graphic user interface comprising a widget at a client device and receiving input data from a user regarding a loan. In some embodiments, the input data may include the user's credit level and the current monthly payment, APR, and payoff amount associated with the user's current loan. The method further includes determining a saving amount based on a comparison of the input data with historical savings data accessible to the widget, and displaying the savings amount in the graphic user interface.

Abstract: A server device receives, from a user device, a session initiation request and information identifying a location of the user device, and receives, from a monitoring device that is separate from the user device, an authentication request and information identifying a location of the monitoring device. The server device processes the session initiation request and the authentication request to authenticate a user of the user device, and determines, based on the location of the user device and the location of the monitoring device, that the user device and the monitoring device are collocated. The server device creates, after authenticating the user of the user device and determining that user device and the monitoring device are collocated, a session token, and sends the session token to the user device to enable the user device to access at least one resource of the server device.

User registration processes, order processes, and failure detection processes for a secure universal shopping cart are provided. Systems and methods may acquire identifiers. Systems and methods may also identify items associated with the identifiers. In addition, systems and methods may acquire a list of merchants that offer each item. Systems and methods may further determine, for each identifier, merchants based on user preferences. Even further, systems and methods may generate a payment token for each item. Systems and methods may then transmit the payment token for each item to its respective merchant.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of fraud protection is described. A server may receive one or more keywords and a likelihood of fraud from an external source. The server may receive an image of a document from a user device, wherein the document comprises at least one of a written communication or a printed communication. The server may extract text from the image of the document, compare the extracted text to the one or more stored keywords, and calculate a confidence level of fraud. The server may send an indication of the confidence level of fraud to the user device.
